They don't have an open business but requested I send pictures of the problem which I did. Within a very few minutes I received the answer I needed. They recommended I go to Amazon for the names part. I went there, found it, ordered it and get it tomorrow! All free of charge! They rock!!!!!

They had the somewhat rare (and mostly obsolete) cable I needed, immediately in stock even in various lengths. They shipped it the next business day (Monday) after I ordered on a weekend and emailed a tracking number the same day it shipped. It arrived on time and well packed and is exactly what I needed.I was a bit leery of ordering from a company I had never heard of, but it was a great buying experience.

This is my go-to cable manufacturer when I need a shorter power cord than the one that comes with something. Most recent example: I bought an electric bicycle back in July of 2020 and its battery charger came with a power cord that was way too long considering I only charge it up inside my house. SF Cable has the widest selection I've seen of short power cords, complete with right-angle plugs, low-profile plugs, and all different kind of connectors to fit nearly any input socket on battery chargers, etc. SF Cable's products are very reasonably priced and high quality.

If you're in the area and want to buy some cables without waiting for shipping, place your order on their website and select "Will Call" as the shipping method. That way, they'll pick your items and will have them waiting for you when you arrive at the location. This is not really a retail location, but rather an office and warehouse that mainly ships online orders. While you can show up, tell them what you want, give them your credit card details and then take your stuff home, there is no inventory available for you to browse and you'll have to sit or stand in their office reception area while they pick your items from the warehouse and type your customer details into their computer system. Best to browse their online catalog and make your purchase on their website before arriving.
