Beware! Don't go here. Shop does not provide receipts of work done or proof of parts.I brought my car here and paid $2,100 for parts and labor. Joseph, the mechanic, claims to have all the ordered parts, 5 months later, seeing my car untouched spider webs building up around tires. I asked for keys and my documents for the car and towed it home.Claims to send all parts back but no proof of parts or receipts. Waited 2 weeks for my cash to transfer to his account to pay me backBUT claims that the bank withdrawal that amount to negative balance. Worked out a payment plan that he can pay me 200 a week each Friday. He reached 1,050 plus 200 and continues with excuses on why he can't pay this week or that day so I told him keep the money because he's a stupid idiot $850 is pretty much what I let him have! I make between 2,000 to 2,600 every 2 weeks. This was based on the beginning of what he wanted as a total 2,100 from the start, with all parts ordered 6 months later, no service, and I towed it home to work on it myself!If mechanics don't provide documentation of work done receipts of parts, never go here. Especially taking half a year to get service! As a paying customer gave him a loan that he can't afford to pay back basically when it's supposed to be a shop to work on cars, nothing more.I would never recommend anyone to come here guys in bad shape financially and will take advantage of you. Complete scam and fraudulent activity from this shop for sure.

My mom use to take her cars to him a few years back that's how I know of him. Recently went to him for a 3rd opinion on why my newly done breaks were still making so much noise ( I had them done by someone else) and sure enough he found the problem within minutes. Smart guy! So I took it where it was originally done and told him the info I got and he fixed the problem Ruben told me it was and sure enough my car is good as new!!! Thank you so much and definitely will be coming to you in the future!

So I scheduled an appointment, which is super difficult for me to get work off, I asked my friend for a favor to take my car to the shop and drop it off and pick it back up. On top of that have him drop me off at work and picking me up after. I called my friend to make sure he got there and when my friend got there he told him he was dropping a car off for me and he immediately told him that appointment got cancelled. I asked my friend to ask him who cancelled it and then when he actually took time to check he found my reservation. Later, I got a call from the shop and they told me the device that was supposed to be installed didnt work and I need to bring the car back. I explained to him it's hard for me to do so and he needs to call the place that sent it and try to have them send another one, I told him he should give me a discount since I have to now bring my car back. Instead of trying to find a solution he decided to tell me to find another shop, now I have to take more time and find another place that hopefully has better customer service than them. I have to let my friends know he wasted his time doing this favor for me because I am being refused service for telling him to call the place that sent the faulty device. Horrible customer service they didnt even try to help to get another device or anything. Waste of time bringing your car here!

I'm giving this guy a solid review based off of his patience dealing with an interlock customer. He is very patient and kind dealing with all the crazy confusion involved with Intoxalock. Intoxalock lock sucks but the guy that runs this shop try to make the process of re-calibrations, instal & removal of the device as painless as possible. Thanks for helping through this shitty time in driving history.
