Several weeks ago I contacted Ronson Shower Co. and spoke to Kevin. Over the last few years we had purchased (3) shower doors from Ronson. One of the shower doors needed recaulking so I called and Kevin said send me pictures of the areas which need to be recaulked. He gave me his cell phone number and email. I went to the trouble of taking the pictures and sending them to him per his request. To date no response. I emailed him once again and told him I did not expect this service to be performed for free and am happy to pay for it. I also mentioned if he did not to want to provide the service if he could give me a referral I would appreciate it. No response nothing.I will look for another company and probably will replace the door. They are ok when you are purchasing their productbut after that forget it. Good Customer service goes beyond the time of purchase and the simple courtesy of a response isapparently not in Kevin's business sense.

We had two frame less shower doors installed. The ordering and installation was very professional and timely. The office staff and installation crew, Robert and Mario, arrived on time and were careful to leave the bathroom area very clean when they finished the project. The shower doors are absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this company without reservation.

Our General Contractor referred us to Ronson for a custom oversized shower enclosure. Kevin came out to pre-measure and discuss the design, type of glass etc. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and made our decision to go with Ronson easy. He sent us an detailed order with a fair and reasonable price. The two skilled men that fabricated the enclosure and completed the installation were very experienced professionals. They were very detailed and precise with the installation. We were very impressed and happy with the finished shower enclosure. Perfection! We highly recommend Ronson Shower Glass & Mirror.

We are very happy with the quality and service level of Ronson glass who installed a sliding zero entry, shower door and ring glass frameless closet door in our bathroom. Kevin came out to take measurements and give us a quote within a couple days of contacting him. He was generous with his time and expertise as we had many questions. The install team arrived on time, and within the committed lead time of three weeks. They were tidy and efficient, but did not rush the job. Again, clearly with much experience and expertise, they made sure to clarify and reconfirm everything before installing the glass. They were in and out in about two hours. Don't worry about the cost, we got a couple of estimates, and they are all very similar for custom work. You should care about the experience and quality of the company, and we found Ronson to be exactly as we had hoped.

My master bathroom was recently remodeled this past December. I had originally gotten bids from Dan's Glass in the Concord area. They pretty much had THEIR OWN CA Code rules saying that the door opening must be a minimum of 25" in width. As it so happens Code is 22" in width. This info is clearly spelled out online at- As a result, I ended up not working with them. My general contractor gave me a list of glass companies that he had worked with in the past, and I went through each one and determined Ronson Glass was the one. My shower enclosure needed to be custom, not the prefabricated type. They came out and pre-measured, and fabricated the most GORGEOUS shower enclosure at a reasonable price, adhering to CA Code! I could not be happier!! They were very professional, honest, got the job done in a reasonable time. After the installation, it was like the icing on the cake....absolutely STUNNING!!

They did our glass shower enclosure 15 years ago, and they still look and work great! In fact, we are remodeling another bathroom, and Ronson Shower glass was the ONLY vendor I called for an estimate. I don't have to shop it around, I already know they do amazing work. I highly recommend them!

This is the second time I've used their service and I thought to stay with something familiar based on a friend's original suggestion to use them for a shower door. The first shower door I bought from them was 3/8 in. thick framed custom door for about $1300 maybe 13 years ago. This summer I bought another custom shower door that was 1/2 in. thick frame-less for $2450. I did get a couple quotes from the same caliber of glass door makers and found that the cost was about the same. After they came out for measurements and getting my wishlist, they gave me their lead time for the door which wasn't long. I believe it was going to be under 3 weeks time. I paid them in full since I've used their service before. Unfortunately, their communication for status updates for when the door would arrive at their location definitely needs improvement. I think that since they had my money, they felt like they could just slack a little. It was myself who called and prompted them for information. After the first call to them, they said the door would come early. (10 days after ordering) I thought great. They said they would call to schedule a time to come out for install. I gave them my work schedule so that they would know if I didn't answer, it was because I would be busy. On that 10th thru 12th day, I didn't receive a call. Two days later I gave them a call for information and they said they called and left a message. Unfortunately, I didn't get it. But nevertheless, I wanted to schedule an appointment for installation. And so I did. I took the day off work to be present instead of their team being inside the house with my kids. The time came for the appointment and they did not show up!! I called them and there was an excuse saying they called, left a message about how they had to reschedule. There was no number on my call log from them and it was very disappointing to cause me to take the day off (not getting paid) and then them not showing up. On the subsequent appointment, they did show up to install. The team did a fair job but the door slided away from the wall prompting me to call them again to fix the problem. They were able to order a seal that has a slight grip on the glass so it doesn't slide. All in all, I was satisfied but the number of mishaps and communication gap was quite disappointing. It'll be a while to need them for glass but I may look around before resorting to them again.

We had installed the Bathroom door some 15 years back, and now it needs replacing the door trim. I went there to find it, and oh boy, great service, they made door trim, just for me in the workshop, as that style was discontinued. Amazing guys there with customer focus, which you will never get that level of attention or detail at any store. Will do all my bathroom works for them!

We had a shower door that was installed back in 2004 by Ronson. I've been having trouble opening and closing the door and the boot at the bottom had torn. I called Ronson and was told that they will give me a new boot. I went to pick it up and talked with Adam. He explained that the door might need an adjustment after 17 years. Kevin called me to schedule a visit by the installers. They came to check the door but my cleaning ladies were in the bathroom and it would be a few minutes. One of the ladies came to me and said the other lady was stuck in the shower. Thank goodness the guys were waiting for them to finish. They saved the cleaning lady! The door was adjusted and it works great! This is a great business that has friendly people. I highly recommend them

Professional, respectful and efficient. The team at Ronson came out to measure less than 24 hours after speaking with them. Everything was explained in a fair and upfront manner. 2 weeks later my custom shower glass was installed- and DAMN it looks incredible. Highly recommended.

Had a person on Next Door recommend Kevin at Ronson glass to install a glass door for our shower. Took exactly 2 weeks as they said to make and install it. Exactly what they said is what it was..2 weeks. Mario and Adam came and installed it. Needless to say it was better than I expected. They did a truly outstanding job and I would HIGHLY recommend using them if you have a glass shower door ..high end..to install. They also do other things and when it's time for other projects I will be sure to use them! Outstanding job guys!!

I had no idea my cheap and basic sliding glass shower doors would be so difficult to replace until I accident;y shattered one. I wasted days trying to get one at the big box stores, which didn't carry the size I needed. I turned to Yelp and was quoted anywhere from $250-$600 for just a 55x30 pane of clear tempered 1/4 thick glass, and 4 - 14 days. A guy at Ace recomended I try Ronson, so I called, spoke to Jim and 30 minutes later I was picking up exactly what I needed for ~$75 with tax.

Ronson glass was amazing. From design and ordering to install and service, I give them 5 stars. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helped us design our shower enclosures and wall to wall mirrors. The crew that came out to install was very professional. Had one issue and the company came out right away and took care of it. Overall great experience and highly recommend!
