On Monday my car broke down. It was scary and stressful. The owner of this company got to me less then ten minutes. And was calming. Great price and great service. Went above and beyond. I see why he has such great reviews. If I ever need a future tow I know who Ill be calling.

Driver arrived sooner than promised. He was friendly and quickly and carefully loaded my car onto his flatbed truck. He towed my car safely to the dealership and arrived there before me. I will definitely call Rigo's Towing again!

We called Rigo Towing at 11.30am and he had our car on his flatbed by 12.30pm, apologising to us for the delay because he was putting gas in his truck when we called (what delay, right?). He was super nice, letting us stop at our bank on the way to our mechanic AND he dropped us off home afterwards!! Very professional, very courteous and the lowest price we were quoted! Excellent service and would definitely call him if we ever needed a tow again.

very HORRIBLE service. i called this guy and he told me that he will be at my adress in 1 hour. he arrived after 4 hrs and during towing, he scratched my car and hit the bumper really hard that it came off. he had no insurance to help me fix my car. he offered me $50 bucks for $2500 loss.on top of this, he seemed a very deceiving and inexperienced.

I Load Semi Trucks Every Day by Towing Companies Across America and most of the time it is very challenging in getting any help in this Industry. Every Towing Company needs to take a chapter out of Rigo Towing's book. Cheryl was so polite and willing to work around our schedule and help us get our forklifts loaded on to our Truck. They very professional and helpful. The Driver was able to meet our truck at the location at a given time and got us Loaded safely without any issues in a timely manner. I only wish these guys were around on all of my Loading.
