Had to pay out of pocket and Elias took that into consideration when he gave me an estimate. Very pleased with the low estimate, the work done and how quickly I got my van back. The fit and finish, color matching and overall quality of the repair is excellent. Looks like a new van, (at least from the front), and they even detailed it and cleaned the inside! I recommend them to anyone looking for autobody repair.

This place is 5 stars and Elias takes care of the customer first. I won't go anywhere or anybody else but him and his shop. Trust worthy, reliable and no cheap cover ups here. It's hard to find an honest body shop, but look no further

You need a good, reliable body shop? You can stop searching. The guys at reliance are reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They not only took care of a small bumper issue for my wife's car, but helped me with my own car when I was rear-ended. Elias has taken great care of the vehicles and us as customers. They retain the personal touch and compliment it nicely with a 5-star business practices. I'm glad I found them and we'll be bringing our cars here exclusively for any bodywork needed.

After reading reviews for Reliance Auto Body, I decided to get some work done on my 2008 G37 (My pride and joy). I talked to Elias, the owner, about the work, cost, and time. My experience went smooth. Elias took care of me and was very accommodating. The work was done with great results and within the expected timeframe. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied with the work. The amount of money spent was also reasonable. Any future plans for my car, I'll be taking it over to Reliance Auto Body.

Paint job sucks. Full of fish eye and sanding and buffing wasn't performed. . I'm surprised they still in business

I have the fortune (or unfortunate) to have gone to Reliance 3+ times in the last couple of years. Elias takes care of his customers and makes sure the repair is up to the customer's standard -- or he'll take care of it. He really cares about his customers and doing a great job. He'll go above and beyond if he sees something that isn't quite right (e.g. change the screws on our license plate because they were stripped). A couple of years ago my husband used the insurance recommended auto body shop, and they didn't do a great job. When we got into a second accident, I insisted on using Reliance. Elias noticed some of the issues from the previous body shop and helped us fix them. Our van looks as good as new! None of the bumps and bruises that my husband has accumulated over the years are noticeable anymore. I've recommended friends to Reliance. They have been extremely happy with the way their cars have turned out.

I got into a slight fender bender and needed the grill and hood repaired. Since my car is old, I don't have full coverage and would be paying out of pocket. I sent messages to a few shops and visited a few as well. Reliance quickly answered my message, but I was still obtaining other quotes. Reliance Auto Body, hands down, was the most professional and efficient shop out of them all. Not only did Reliance Auto Body save me THOUSANDS, they made sure we were updated with everything that was happening. They even initially sent us home in an Uber, and when the car was taking longer than expected (to no fault of theirs) Elias took our car back to us (as to not inconvenience us further) and Ubered it back to his shop. Who does that? Reliance Auto Body does!! They are an extremely professional, very efficient, and highly organized business. I am more than pleased.
