I dropped off my car today at Reliance Auto Collision. I got into a minor self accident Saturday morning. I immediately starting googling auto body shops in Hayward. Reliance Auto Collision & Rental stood out to me based on all the positive reviews. I messaged them on yelp and they responded pretty quick for a Saturday! They were so nice that they offered to dispatch a tow truck to tow my car to their shop but didn't need a tow as my car was still drivable. Told them I will drop off the car on Monday. They even sent me a friendly text reminder Monday morning to confirm I was dropping off the car later that day. When I got there Elias and his brother were so helpful and informative. Elias which I believe is the owner of the body shop ordered me an Uber at no cost to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental! Phenomenal customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!

This body shop not only delivers exceptional body work making your car look brand new, but Elias and his brother are incredible individuals. They went above and beyond for me and making sure everything I needed was taken care of from the rental car to working with my insurance. My car came out looking brand new after the entire car was keyed. I cannot say enough how amazing the car looks and the customer service that was provided. If anyone is in need for a body shop they work with insurance and make your car look good as new. You will be well taken care of!

Literally the nicest people ever! Not a lot of body shops will take time out of their day the way this place does to help people out! Really love that they go the extra mile to take care of people! Elias is super helpful and kind :’-) 10/10

My Tesla fender had popped open and the auto collision location my insurance sent me was awful declined to fix the problem, so I decided to visit Reliance Auto collision and Masood was kind enough to help me out and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes with his help. I highly recommend this location and his assistance whenever your car needs work done. This place is the BEST!

I have a 2018 Audi A4, they bought my baby back! I side scrapped someone and my whole passenger side was messed up, now it looks brand new! Elias was super great, very responsive, AND they finished with my car 2 weeks earlier than the expected date. 10/10 experience Thank you Elias (:

Shout out to Elias for helping me with my car! He is very professional and very responsive! I got my tesla fixed here at his body shop and through out the whole process he would keep me updated. I would 100% recommend this place if you ever need your car fixed! I appreciate the communication with him when dealing with the insurance, since we all know insurance can be a hassle. I recently got into a car accident and took my car to see if it would be fixable at Reliance. In the end, it turned out that it would be wiser to put the money into a new car rather than fix the car I totaled. I was well taken care of and so grateful for all of the help and assistance/advice. I can tell that both Masood and Elias are very passionate about what they do and if I ever (god forbid) get into another accident, I will be sure to bring my car here! Thanks guys :)

I was recently in my first car accident and the other driver was completely at fault. Thankfully their insurance was covering everything, I just had to choose a body shop. I'll start off by saying that I have very little knowledge when it comes to cars. So I did some online browsing on Yelp and reached out to a few body shops who had promising reviews. When I reached out to this shop, I received a very quick response and an estimate. Not only were they quick with their customer service, but they were also very kind and informative too. Most of the shops I had reached out to didn't want to provide an estimate based on photos. And I appreciated that I was able to receive one from here. Their customer service went above and beyond compared to the other shops I had reached out too. That's what made me choose them. When I dropped off my car, I was even more impressed in person. The shop is owned by two brothers and they're people of color. This is important to note because 1) I LOVE supporting a family business & 2) I try my best to support businesses of color. So when I show up for my drop off, Masood greets me. He was such a gentleman and explained the entire process to me. I felt confident leaving my car in his hands. And he also made a huge effort to put my mind at ease. Which I really appreciated. While my car was in the shop, Masood & Elias stayed in contact with me. They kept me updated with the progress and their projected timeline. Which I greatly appreciated. And when it was time to pick up, I was in complete shock at how amazing of a job they did. My car looked brand new all over again. They went above and beyond. I'm so grateful for having this positive experience. And I'm so appreciative at how amazing they did with taking care of me and my car. If anyone asks me for a referral to an auto shop, I'll be sending them here!

I was contacted by Masood who is the manager. He apologized for not contacting me. I was able to take my car in right away for an estimate. I met with Elias looked at my car and gave me an honest estimate. I am very impressed with these two men and how they took care of me and their excellent customer service. If they are able to fix my car I will once again update my review. If you need an estimate on any car damage I highly recommend Reliance!!

I got into an accident, and what made it worse was that this was a hit and run. I had no details of the other driver or car, and to be honest I didn't even take the best before pictures because I was just so shocked. I filed a report with my insurance and they gave me a list of collision centers that were booked over the next two to four weeks. I was heart broken, and decided to look at Yelp for any other shops that could work with me sooner. Reliance Auto Collision and Rental was the first shop I called and they told me that they could take a look at my car the same day. I'm grateful that they popped up first for me because I felt so defeated, and I don't know how much energy I would have had to keep calling shops. This shop was truly a God send. They talked me through the process and reassured me the steps that they were taking to coordinate with my insurance. I really didn't think they could make this process so easy. They even found damage that I didn't initially see on my car when I first looked at it after the accident. When they worked on my car, there was unfortunately more damage internally that was found when they removed my front bumper, but they were so communicative with my insurance and me that it was a really smooth process to get the damages evaluated by my insurance and taken care of. This shop is run by two brothers, and I really did feel like I was getting treated like I was family. I was getting consistent updates about the process and anytime I had questions, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt satisfied with the service I was receiving. When I saw my car, I wanted to cry - it looked better than before the accident! I was so impressed with the quality and detail, and hands down this shop has the best customer service. I hope I don't ever have to deal with an accident, but it's a no brainer if I do, I'm coming back to this shop.

I have had my vehicle repaired here twice over a two year time period and each time was for different damages. To start out with their customer service is really top quality. I’ve had vehicles repaired at other shops and had no idea what was even going on until insurance informed me. When I called Reliance they got back to me quickly and were very thorough in addressing any concerns or questions I had.
Now to get onto the quality of their work, with my first accident I honestly couldn’t tell my car had even been in one! When I got my car back it looked brand new. Had no ongoing technical issues that can sometimes happen after an accident because they made sure to go and check everything, not just the bare minimum. The second time I had damage all over my vehicle and they went over every inch of that thing to do repairs. There were even some spots that they fixed that I hadn’t even noticed before. Grateful to have found a place that I can trust!
