I recently brought my BMW in for some repairs, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received here. Alan was incredibly quick and responsive, taking care of everything with the insurance company seamlessly.
The repair work on my car came out flawless—exactly what I hoped for. As an added bonus, they went the extra mile by washing the exterior and cleaning the interior of my car.

So, when I realized that after the owner had my car detailed and it was sent out. I looked for my portable charger that was in the car, and it had been stolen. When I called to tell the owner about it, all he said was I'm not buying you a charger. Don't leave anything in your vehicle. He will not be responsible nor will he care.

Rainbow provides excellent service! I have used them various times and went through my insurance and they take care of everything. They made it a seamless repair and stress free dealing with insurance. I highly recommend them.

This is truly a business that cares about the customers. I experienced superior customer service. The work is exceptional and Allen exemplifies doing what ever it takes to make sure the customer leaves his business, satisfied and happy with their experience. We come here to make our property whole again, so we are not in good spirits when we arrive. But Allen and his wonderful team makes sure that you leave with a smile!!! Alan did an absolutely phenomenal job taking care of my car and making it look brand new. It was also completed in such a stress free and timely manner, and everyone was so accommodating and helpful when it came to drop off and pick up. This is the ONLY place I will take my car from now on!

Had such a great experience with everybody at Rainbow Auto Body! The owner guided me through the insurance process as well as what the repairs would entail. Got my car in and out of there super fast, and appreciated the customer experience overall. Rear bumper came out looking like brand new!

I brought my car to Rainbow and everyone there was super nice and professional. My car was completed in a timely manner. The process went exactly as Allen told me it would and when I got my car back it looked fantastic. I feel like my car looks better than it did eve before the accident. They did a great job and I would highly recommend you taking you car there.

Car was there for almost 3 months. Every time I called, mechanic and receptionist (Frances?) said they’d call me back but never did. I thought this shop being in-network with my insurance will expedite the process. However, I had to coordinate between insurance (supplements) on their behalf too due to lack of priority on my car. After getting a false date from them on when I could get back my car, I was done and just went there the following Tuesday to see if they’re at least working on it. Surprise surprise- my car was finally fixed and still no one was calling me. This is the worst body shop experience that I’ve had/heard from family and friends. If I could give 0/5, I would. Very unprofessional.

If I could give them no stars or minus 5 stars, I would be more than happy to do that. If you want your car to come back in one Color, preferably the original color , don't take your car to these guys. My Toyota camry went in for an insurance job. The camry is a dark, almost burgundy red. The panels that were replaced or repaired were painted a lighter shade of red.I mentioned to the owner Luis I want the original Toyota Barcelona red . After picking up the car while going out on a weekend getaway, the panels under the front bumper fell off the bumper and were dragging under the car while on the freeway. A day later , not sure what happened, but it looked like someone grazed my door with maybe their door. That contact peeled about an inch of paint right off the door. The repaired rear driver door looked like My son used playdough to fix the damage. It had more waves then the ocean.After taking the car back for the repairs, the owner said he was going to blend the 6 the lighter shade of red wasn't noticeable. I told him I didn't want it blended, I want the original dark red paint job.After having the car about 3 to 4 weeks the second time, I picked it up. The color was definitely not standing out as it was before. But not you can see a big difference in the other side of the car After painting the Bumper that was damaged. After running some errands, my son tried opening the back door , the same one that was repaired. Well, now the door will not open. Luis said it was working when I picked it up. Now he wants me to bring the car back in for the 3rd time. We finally scheduled a date , early wed morning.. I got off work early and called the shop while on the way. Turns out Luis isn't in, and they are short-handed. And this isn't good week to bring it in eventhough we scheduled it..,So now I'm driving around with a two toned red and light red camry with a door that doesn't open..
