Unfortunately I have to give this business 1 star. But I'd rather give them 0. The person who managed my account, Anissa, is incredibly rude. No sense of friendliness or customer service. Anissa, stop being bipolar and learn how to deliver good customer service.

Had an appointment at 10a.m and the 9a.m appointment didnt show up till 10:45 they unloaded him first and made me wait till 12:00pm to give me a door i wont go there again

I have been using R & B Wholesale for several years now. We order several products for our rentals, and have always had a great experience. I am always able to get a hold of someone when I call, and get the items I am needing right away. Delivery and haul off is usually done within a day or two of the order. I will continue to use them for sure!

I will recommend R&B to my family, friends and coworkers based on the Customer Service alone. For over two weeks I tried to make a purchase online using PayPal. I really wanted to purchase this Christmas gift but couldn't get the payment thru. I spent long hold times waiting for assistance just to be referred to another person who still couldn't resolve the issue. Then Mike B. got involved. I had given up on making the purchase but Mike stayed in touch with me, never wavering in his determination to make sure I got this very special gift. Not only did he discount the product but he personally oversaw the packaging and delivery arrangements so it would be received in time for Christmas! People like Mike come few and far between but he restored my faith that there are still truly caring, compassionate people in this world!!! Thank you Mike for going above and beyond! Your kindness and persistence will never be forgotten. If Mike is the example of the type of people working at R&B, I encourage you to patronize their business!!!!

Went to buy a refrigerator from them and as soon as i parked and walked in the guy there ignored me and was just staring at my truck in his parking lot. and instead of asking me to move or what i was there for i had to ask if i did something wrong, and apparently he had the lines in the parking lot done and instead of blocking off the parking lot he was just being a dick about me moving without hurting his lines and to just park somewhere else. Then kicks a mat at me so i didnt track anything into his warehouse. So i just left, waisted time and gas coming from san jose after work in traffic.....

Great experience!! With so many appliance stores out there it's tough to know where to go. These guys were GREAT. I got a GREAT deal on a NICE commercial refrigerator. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Ask for Michael he was wonderful to deal with.

Great service and lots of great appliances at terrific prices. Communication was excellent with Mike, and delivery easily scheduled. Highly recommend and will most definitely use them in the future. I did note the poor reviews previously, but they were from several years ago so had to see for myself. I was pleasantly surprised.
