Amazing treatment and staff all around! My pedicure and manicure was exactly the shape and style I needed! Thank you so much to Annie and the entire staff for being so welcoming :) I'll definitely be back and bring my boyfriend for his manicure and pedicure as well!

this place is extremely unsanitary as i did not see them exhange nail tools. I had gotten my nails done right next to my mom and the tools they used on me were the same they had used on my mom, the only thing they did to 'clean' the tool was wipe it with a cloth before using it on me. when she was finished with the nail tool on me, she simply 'cleaned' it by dipping the cuticle cutter in the water that my feet were already in. On top of this experience, I had gotten charged with so many extra charges that other nail salons would not usually charge me for. For example, $15 extra just to remove gel polish. I did have some broken nails and I requested for them to be straightened as much as possible (knowing that they wouldn't be perfect) n she told me it was not possible. Going to various salons I have seen this possible. Finally, I set my appointment at 6:00 and did not recieve my nail appointment until 6:35 though they close at 7:00. I understand that when they began my appointment they were about to close, however, knowing that they close at 7:00 this nail service felt extremely rushed, unsanitary, and money hungry. I recommend going to a salon that will take the time to satanize their equipment and take care of there customers.

Asked for something else and they kept saying this is what you're asking for. Let them do my nails (wasn't close to what I asked for). She cut my cuticles too short and two of the fingers started bleeding. Filed my nails too short even after I told her to stop. Worst experience ever. Then said 65$ for deluxe so I was gonna get up and leave then said "I'll do 50 for you." Waste of $50

While Queen Nails is more expensive than all nail places in the area, I've been going because I enjoy the atmosphere. But my complaint is that they'll nickel and dime you to death, and by nickels and dimes, I mean $5's and $10's. Today I asked for a refill and a pedicure. The manicurist said my refill would be $55. I asked, "Did you raise your prices?" She said no, but she will charge me $10 to cut down my nails. I said "I've been coming here for 5 years, and I've never been charged to cut down my nails." She frowned. She just made it up. Then said she would charge me $15 extra to cut down my cuticles. I said I didn't want that. I told the pedicurist I wanted their $45 Deluxe pedicure. Mid-way through, she said "Don't you want to have the callouses taken off the bottom of your feet?" I told her that was included in the treatment I asked for. She argued with me, until I asked to see their menu which was hidden under a towel. "See, it's included." She asked again if I wanted the $50 dollar one. I said no. "But it's better," she said. "I don't want it," I said again. Then I said "And gel on my nails, but not on my toes." She said "You want gel, it's better." I said "It cost $10 extra dollars to put it on and $10 extra to take it off. Just regular please." She continued to argue with me, saying "it lasts longer." I said so does regular polish. One time, I turned my head and they slapped two small cellophane daisies without even bothering to ask me, and charged me $10 for it. Once, I was shown a color board of nails, but without telling me, they were all $10 extra than their other polish. This is a constant thing. I should also add that every time I come they say I need a whole new fresh set because they are "old." This isn't true. After Covid I got a new fresh set and a month later they told me I need a new fresh set because they were old. I come to these places to relax, not to have to argue with them the entire time not to rip me off. I'm done.

Annie has been my best kept secret! I've been getting my nails done with her for a little over a year and she's the only one I trust. Now my daughter gets her nails done with Annie as well! The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. Definitely recommend.

They share used nail clippers. You have to tell them what to do for every step. Pedicure was good. I had to tell the lady to compare my finger nails together since they were all different lengths!
For taking off powder she used a tip of a fake nail which was VERY painful and when it wouldn’t come off she would make a cut at tip of my nail with cuticle cutter which would cut my own nail underneath the dipping powder that I already had. I had multiple cuts so I had to cut all of my nails short to the skin ! If you have fragile nails and trying to get dip to protect your nails don’t go here

This used to be my go to place but I will never return. The staff only talked in English to agressively upsale and then reverted to Vietnamese to talk to the other girls. The girl doing my nails did a horrible job quickly to get back to the card game going on with 4 girls on the back table. the rim around my nail was gross and looked so dirty that I have spent the last 45 minutes taking the nail polish off myself. I really hope the owners know that instead of making guest feel welcome, you would find your employees playing cards, curled up on one of the chairs eating lunch or just apathetically scrolling their phone ignoring customers. I understand that employees need breaks, but do it in the back room. I feel so bad for interrupting the card game that you won't have to worry about me breaking the game ever again.

This used to be my favorite place in Hayward but the last few times I've been there the manicurists have repeatedly asked if I wanted gel instead of regular or tried to get me to upgrade to the next highest price service. It's pretty annoying. I had to say no 4 times before she stopped asking.

Love this place I go here often. Even when I have a problem with it they fix it right away and even add in things for free. They are all friendly and the atmosphere of it all is clean. I love it.

I always go and get my nails done at this place and it never disappoints! I highly recommend getting your nails done with Annie, she is amazing and a perfectionist! Always leaves my nails so beautiful and never denies a request. She is super kind and talkative and so friendly, simply the best!

Last Saturday me and sister were out of town, we went to this place for nails and pedicure and eyebrows wax, the whole time they were trying to get us to upgrade and they were pushing us for upgrades and we didn't want to but they kept saying to do it finally we did some of it, than when we get to the register the lady wasn't satisfied with òur tips it was 10 each for 3 people and I though she was so rude with anousing the tips in front of all the customers, I will never go there if it was the last place, all they want was your money it's dirty too,

Just look at the photos to see the quality of work you can expect here. They cost as much as every other nail place but do absolute trash work. Don't waste your time, don't even give them a chance. You would have better results getting your pet or someone completely vision impaired to do your nails instead.
