Angel is such a pleasure to interact with as he is helpful, efficient and responsive. He helped us overcome any challenges we had.
They have a slogan on a poster outside the office that says: “Every Customer Matters”. Angel puts that into practice and he really is a joy to deal with. Thank you!

Five stars for PODS! The experience was smooth from the very start. Everything worked as scheduled. No delays or issues. Very professional employees and our drivers Leonard (drop off) and Anthony Shulog (pick-up) were careful, informative and efficient. We have used uhauls, professional movers and now PODS moving and storage and PODS is our top choice! Honest, reliable and professional from A to Z!!!

Do not use PODS to move your belongings. First, after they picked up our POD, they refused to ship it for over a week. The "incomplete paperwork" excuse was due to our name being on someome else's POD in a state halfway across the country.We gave POD over 3 weeks to move our belongings from New Nork to California and they still were days late, resulting in needing a new permit to unload our POD from the street. How can you not plan your logistics properly with a 3 week window? Unacceptable.I recommend anyone desperate enough to use this company use an apple tag to track your POD. The company won't track it for you and will simply lie that it hasn't arrived in the facility yet. Give us our stuff back.

Good option for easy storage and delivery, reasonably priced. However, the website hardly ever has the right status though and some drivers are really terrible -- so watch out. I recommend you have double whatever space requirements they say for delivery because the driver can just decide it's too small even if it meets their guidelines.

This is the worst company ever. They overcharged me for a unit they should have never sold me. They do not ship the 12 foot units across the country but knowingly did so with me. They knew I was moving to Florida from California but never said a thing when I ordered the 12 foot unit. I wasn't informed until I arrived in Florida and found a home. I called them to set up shipping to my new location, and that's when they dropped the bomb. Their system defaulted the shipping cost for that container at a whopping $25k when all the others were around $8k. It took them months to get this fixed, but in that time, I was accumulating lots of monthly storage fees, so the small credit they did give me was offset by huge monthly rental fees. I told them that wasn't fair and felt like they should give me a credit for that too as it wasn't my fault. Now I'm in a situation where I can't pay everything they are asking, and they still have my stuff. Its been over a year, and they sent me to collections. We are sleeping on mattresses on the floor that people in our neighborhood had discarded. This has been the worst nightmare ever. I just want my stuff back. My whole life and kids' lives are in those pods.
