Nick and his team are fabulous! When you get in an accident you’re frustrated and frazzled. The last thing you want to deal with is navigating insurance and repairs.
Nick from the word go was a consummate professional taking care of the estimate/comms with the insurance company and getting parts from the manufacturer.
He was fairly priced with an A+ quality of work.
We won’t go anywhere else moving forward!

Nick and his team know what they are doing and are great at it. I came in with damage to my a-pillar that took out some of the metal and his team was able to repair it in just one day. I’d recommend anyone that’s picky about their car to come here.
Nick is very upfront and knowledgeable about what is possible when it comes to car repair.

I have used Palladium twice, once for a minor repair, and most recently for rear end damage. Nick and his crew are great... Easy to work with and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend their services...

They charge 15,000 and didn't even wash the car. Didn't polish the car and turn it with tape still on it

Abraham and the team at Palladium Auto Shop took care of me and my car. I was pleasantly surprised with how my repair turned out because in the past I have damaged my front bumper and grill and took it to some place in concord, CA and they did a poor job attaching the new bumper back on. Fast forward a couple years later I collide with another vehicle and had it fixed at Palladium and it was like I never even damaged my car, like ever! Thank you so much Palladium! Im going to refer my family and friends to you guys from now on. Also avoid General insurance at all cost, they work like snails. I filed a claim in July and barely getting it resolved before the new year.

Had my 4runner get rear-ended while I was in Asia. Geico suckered me to send my truck to the approved Geico shop in Hayward- we will not name. When I arrived to pick up the truck disaster.. all off. I pulled my truck out and took it to Palladium. Nick was professional and worked with the adjuster to correct all the problems. Best Body shop in the East Bay. Thanks!

I have a Maserati quattroporte that was stolen and got it back completely destroyed with a bullet hole in the side. These guys are total pro not only is the car completely beautiful and perfect, they worked with @mumsports to get the wrap redone ... I couldn't have asked for a better result and I would highly suggest any high end car fix or repair of any car. Thanks to Nick and Abe for the amazing service and support
