We were in the process of remodeling our house and were shopping for tiles, flooring, kitchen cabinets, vanity, sink, etc. We glad we found Pacific Home Decor, they had everything we need in one shop. We were helped by Hao, who is truly a professional. Hao was patience and knowledgeable about all the products and were able to accommodate our changes throughout the process. Pricing are reasonable and our contractor has high praise on their products. They also offered delivery which made it super easy for us. Will definitely recommend Pacific Home Decor to anyone. Look for Hao for the best service.

This will always be my first choice when buying remodelling materials. For my house, I've already bought countertops, kitchen cabinets, and tiles. The quality is first-rate, and the customer service is equally excellent! I received assistance a few times while I was there.

Cost, customer service, and quality outperform every other store we've visited. Recently, my uncle purchased a home, and he was seeking for a supply shop to buy kitchen cabinets. I accompanied him so I could give him some advice on which cabinets to buy. I was surprised to see that their staff was incredibly polite and patient. I have visited a couple of material stores in the Bay area hoping to get the best value. Pacific Home Decor is without a doubt the one store you want to stop by. Unlike other stores that we visited which have zero customer service and were extremely rude to my wife and I. This store is simply built differently and has a customer-centric mentality which is crucial in today's market to get returning customers. This is why I give it a 5 stars!

This one-stop construction material store is the best in the Bay. If you are looking to remodel your home. This is the store you will want to stop by, they have basically everything your contractor needs. Make sure to talk to Jenifer. She knows everything around, she is someone you want to talk to. But she is usually busy with someone else, this shows how good she is!

I did the same thing this time, compared the rating of a couple construction material stores and ended up with Pacific Home Decor. I will tell you that there is a reason why they have one of the highest ratings in the Bay. They are simply the best at what they do.

I needed to renovate my kitchen for the apartment and oh man, it looks so classy now!! I got some inspirational posts from Pinterest on how I want to remodel it. So I showed them to Jennifer and she got the job done. She immediately showed us what was on display and yes, it was exactly what I was looking for. Great service!
