For someone who always has very difficult time reaching a decision with oneself like me, Jenny is simply wonderful to work with. She was super knowledgeable and listened very well, and almost immediately picked out the right products for me to choose from-- down from hundreds to only a handful. I honestly have no idea how much longer the process would have been if our friend didn't recommend Jenny to us. other than the service, we are also very happy with the quality and the results-- even the floor installation shi-fu from our remodel team was very impressed by the quality of Jenny's floors.

I just finished a hardwood flooring for my home. I use a wood called Pometia Cherry from Oscar Hardwood Floor Inc. The owner Jenny is very helpful and knowledgeable for hardwood flooring. She recommended Mr. Mai to install the floor. I am very happy with the quality of material and installation. Especially for nice job of stairs. Their price is very reasonable.

Jenny is super helpful, very easy to talk to! She helped us to choose our flooring- SPC luxury vinyl B2. We tried to use other SPC brands before in our other projects, this one by far the best in terms of color and quality. Everyone visited our new home complimented on the floors. Very happy how it turned out!!! Pricing is also very reasonable compare to other flooring stores in Bay Area! I have been at least 10 stores to shop for the best product and price all over the Bay, I'm glad I found Oscar hardwood floor, they met all our criteria, will definitely recommend it to everyone!

We had hardwood floor installed throughout the house except the master bedroom. After moving for 10 years, we finally decided to change the carpet to hardwood floor as well. As other reviewer indicated, Jenny, owner of the Oscar Hardwood Floor, not only provided invaluable assistance in choosing the type of wood matching our existing ones, but also the best installation option suitable for our situation. Master Mei and his crew provided excellent service for the installation. The quality and workmanship is second to none.

I can't say enough good things about Oscar. I was referred by my friend. The owner Jenny explained to me the difference between woods and types, and what she thinks is the best for my house. I have learned so much through the process. (No kidding). Jenny also referred a floor contractor (master Mei) to do the installation for me. All the pricing are transparent, no hidden costs or additional charge after the project started. And the results are just beyond my expectations. Amazing amazing. So honest and highly professional. Highly recommended.

We recently bought a house and decided to replace carpet on the second floor with hardwood. Knowing little about hardwood flooring, we didn’t start looking for materials and contractors until we got the keys to our new home. Lucky we met Jenny. She helped us find the hardwood that matches the stairs and the existing hardwood on the first floor and introduced a very experienced contractor Mr. Mai (he is a real master!) to us. The whole project completed within two weeks after we first contacted Oscar. The price was reasonable. Jenny was very knowledgeable and caring. We’re very happy with her services.

A very nice flooring company. Jenny patiently recommends some good styles for me to choose from. We finally picked the European oak engineered floor. The final product looks very nice in our small room. They also take returns for the extra planks we ordered.

Best flooring in the world!I visited 20 flooring stores, and had very high standards. I could not find the flooring I wanted in 20 flooring stores, until I went to Oscar Flooring. Oscar Floorings had the most Beautiful flooring, that were the highest quality we found anywhere.They were the only store that had flooring available that met our rare standards. In fact, their flooring is so rare and hard to find, I had rent a pickup truck and drive more than 2 hours away from Sacramento just to get their flooring. None of the flooring we looked in San Francisco or Sacramento was as good as Oscar Flooring's materials.The staff are really nice and knowledgeable. They are experts who explained a lot about the details of each type of flooring, of the glue required for installing the flooring etc. They are very nice--even though they are closed on Sunday, they make 2 special trips into the office on Sunday so I can get the flooring, and helped me put the flooring onto my pickup truck. They are professionals--they have a lifting trailer vehicle that can lift flooring onto your delivery truck or van.The price is also reasonable. They help you get the best price possible.Our standards when we looked for flooring was really high. Oscar was the only expert flooring company that had flooring with really high standards (SPC water-proof stone, more than 8mm thick, light warm color, wood-like pattern in 3D with bumps that feel like wood when you touch it, more than 12mm wear layer etc)They also have an amazing display of rare Brazilian hardwood floors, that shined in the light.Definitely the Number One place to go for top-quality flooring!
