Self serve printing is okay, for longer files with more papers it takes really long and the machine is slow. If you ever get stuck with printing from the cashiers, get ready to waste half your day over there. Come with snacks and drinks. You’re gonna be there for a long time.

5 plus stars for Office Depot! The very best cost effective printing service! I just came from FedEx in San Ramon(bad experience) and was not looking forward to another printing disappointment but Van at Office Depot changed my mind. Van was so friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Highly recommend Office Depot for printing needs! Thank you, Van!

"OK" is the best word I could use for this location. Overall the store is pretty grim and quite along with the amount of inventory they had. I needed to make a quick run for shipping labels for my small business and was faced with limited stock of things that worked with my printer.

Sooner or later your inkjet printer will run out of ink and all your #2 pencils will be nubs. That same day you'll be working on some very important documents that need to be stapled together, but you ran out of staples.That's the day you will pull up outside and walk-in. This is the reason you need to stop looking for office supplies at Walgreens! Office Depot always seems to be well stocked. This is one of the few stores I may walk up and down every aisle so this way I do not miss out on some new gadget.The service is good and the staff is very helpful.

Place was pretty sparse with customers and inventory seemed to match. Employees were friendly & helpful. This is a better place to use copiers than other places-less people taking up machines.

If you ever need anything printed of quality and efficiently ask for June the manager in the copy and print section. He's patient, kind, and very helpful. We came in last minute and needed a 18x24 poster printed for a funeral and he took care of us. Thanks soooo much!!!

Walked in and was greeted immediately by the cashier who called the manager to help me. Office Depot customer service is 100% better than Best Buy. Needed a computer monitor. Best Buy Union City is closed for remodeling.

Service was horrible no one acknowledged me as I walked in, when I approached a member of the staff I was given a pointed finger to where I needed to go. Inventory levels were really bleak.
