The vibes in this establishment are top notch, the staff is super friendly and always on their feet. They make sure to take care of you and give you exactly what you want whether it's a dye, haircut, eyebrow threading or a facial ! I've been coming here for about two years now and have not stopped since.

This is my third time cutting my hair with Ofelia. I keep coming back here because Ofelia is always kind to me on top of being an exceptional hair stylist. I always choose her to cut my hair and she gives me exactly what I want each time I come here. I also ask her for hair recommendations and she is always willing to share her expertise with me.

I usually take all 4 of kids here all the time but this time I only took my daughters my daughter wanted her hair long from the front and a little short from the back the lady that did her hair has short hair and wears glasses. She proceeded to cut my daughters hair and at one point she decided to use a some clippers on her, I didn’t think anything of it because I’ve seen videos where people to that to make the hair on length when we got home and I showered my daughter I notice that her hair was actually shaved off and it wasn’t even shaved off evenly. I never asked for her hair that short or to be shaved at the bottom my daughter started to cry . It saddens me because this was my go to spot and I will no longer be going to this salon because of this lady. I know her hair will grow back but the sadness in my daughter was not okay

Hard pass. Have you ever bought a bag of chips and the bottom is empty. Yes, that how my expensive haircut went. Atl east they did it with humar. Came for a haircut and hope I didn't leave with the flue. My hairstyles Erica kept coughing. We sometimes make bad decisions and today this was one bad decision to go their today.

So I just want to start off by saying this has been my go to spot for a long time to cut my kids hair and my own but my experience from Wednesday has really made me reconsider. I don't believe everyone at this salon is a bad hair dresser but one I didn't catch her name but she is an older lady with burgundy shirt hair and wears glasses. My daughter was going for a bob cut but I let the lady know I didn't want the back to short and I let her see the length I liked for my daughter. I saw her grab her clippers and I was concerned but I thought she would just be evening out the hair with it as I've seen people do that in videos. I paid her and came home , my daughter showered and as I brushed her hair I took a look and notice that the lady had actually shaved the bottom of her hair. One I never asked for her to shave anything off , Two she even do it evenly n third if she saw what she did why did she never show me or let me know instead she let me pay her and I left tip my daughter was so upset . If you go here don't go with the lady with the glasses So I went today at around 1:30 to speak to the lady her name is Ofelia and she is actually the owner of the location. I showed her my daughters hair and ask why did she not say anything to me about it all she could tell me was if I would like her to fix it I let her know that I didn't trust her touching my child's hair and that I would rather get my money refunded. She proceeded to walk alway from me go to the back & then come back out as if she expected me to leave. I told her again that I would like my money back and she decided to tell me that she was willing to only give me 10$ when I left her 25$ I told her it wasn't fair because I wasted my gas just to go back she stated that the rest of her work was good so she didn't have to give me my money back ! I believe I deserved a better response from her because after all she's the owner of the business and I don't believe that I am in the wrong for being upset and wanting a refund for the work she did on my daughter !

DON'T GO HERE FOR A HAIRCUT.
Mery did my hair and it's the worst haircut ever. I showed pictures of myself with the style I wanted and she did something different, not only that but it's short so there is no fixing it. Completely ignored what i asked for
I should have believed the negative reviews, they were right!
