I'd give a 0 to be honest. I have been going to Noble for over 15 years, and in that time the quality of care has depleted. Just this past week I attempted to bring in one of my cats for a checkup. All three times I was denied. Twice because they were having a two hour staff meeting, and on Friday Dr. Singer was leaving the clinic which was closed before 10am. This clinic no longer schedules appointments, so it's luck of the draw if you will be seen.

My dog got euthanized in this clinic. The vet and the staff are very kind and empathetic. They helped us with the process and gave us time for our family to stay with our dog for the very last time. They gave us hair clippings of our dog and even placed it in small bottles that can be used as key chains. They also help us arrange for the cremation and urn. Within a week, we received our beloved dog's cremains. Shout out to Dr. Singer and Kai for giving such an exceptional care and support for our family and our beloved dog!

Dr S and staff are amazing. My pup was suffering from a complication that another vet misdiagnosed. They got us in and took care of my pup right away. Knowledgeable, professional and honestly not as expensive as many other places. Stop looking for another vet. Go see Dr S!

I really feel the staff and Dr. Singer are honest, informed, and their prices are fair. They’ve helped my dog a lot with arthritis and skin issues and charge less than my old vet in Castro Valley who was not as professional.

Dr. Singer and his staff take care of all my fur babies. I have been going here for years and have had only good experiences.

DO NOT COME HERE! I repeat DO NOT COME HERE. Not only are the receptions rude and act like they don't want to work. Dr. Singer did the bare minimum to helping my dog out. Only vet he has seen I've stated he had stomach issues so they gave me itching pills for him thinking that would help him. Within time he only got worse I went back to the vet to be told that he had a teeth problem to take him to see a specialist for that. Now a few months later to come to find out, he has a disease in his stomach, this all could've been prevented if the job was done right. I am not a doctor for but if you're a doctor wouldn't you tell your patient what steps to follow and to do what's best. If communication was given on what I needed to do that would've been done but none of that was ever in the process. Not only did I call an email. Never got a response. Worst place and I regret even going here. They care about the money instead of the pet. Give you half ass answers to get you out. I read multiple reviews and a couple babies lost lives here due to whatever reason don't let it be your puppy. I called to let them know how upset I was and shortly got an email on how it wasn't them they did the best they could. Don't trust these people it's a fucking joke and a scam!

Dr. Singer is always so kind and helpful with our dog butters. Butters has a lot of health problems and I always appreciate his ability to explain potential solutions and to do it with such care. I highly recommend!

all i can say is wow... what a terrible experience all of the staff lack so much knowledge (except the girl in the front taking payment) i came in today with my puppy worried because she was vomiting i was greeted by the lady in the front very nice and straight to the point, i paid a $100 examination fee which i thought was going to be the total bill for the visit today and i had to pay upfront which was not a problem, how ever after that everything went downhill firstly a male staff came out and took my puppy to be seen by the vet, after that a different staff came out and brought yet another bill saying my puppy needed to be tested for Parvo since she was throwing up "over a $100" which was apart from the first $100 i had already paid i was very adamant that she did not need this test since i had already got her tested not too long ago and my puppy was acting perfectly fine with no signs of parvo with the only issue of her vomiting, (no abnormal consistency or color) i let them know i needed some time to talk this over with somebody before i could proceed, after this the assistant told me to go in to a room where the vet would talk to me, i went into the room and that's when i met the most incompetent, rude, heartless, selfish and most terrible man i have ever met, he did not introduce himself he just came in to the room and told me "your puppy needs to be tested i am almost 100% sure she has parvo and that is a deadly disease so unless you want her to die i would get the test" while chuckling i was in shock!! how unprofessional and inconsiderate. I argued that i did not think she had parvo and i told him my reasoning which to be said "i am the professional i would know" okay fair. after this he said we can also prescribe you with medication but it will not do any difference, okay then why would i give her the medication? after he manipulated me some more i gave in and gave him the ok to do the parvo test, came out negative as excepted, this incompetent vet then said "just because it is negative today doesn't mean it will be tomorrow" what does this mean??? did they even do the test?? i am just disgusted how this was all handled. After this i made the final payment and headed on home to which i noticed such a shocking change in behavior of my puppy she is aggressive, she is peeing everywhere, she is growling at me, she is barking at everything and anyone, she keeps going in circles this was NEVER happened before she has always been such a loving and playful puppy she has never done any of these things until today. i am so disappointed with the service i received today, and rest assured i will never come here again. and i recommend others to do the same. i failed to read all the negative reviews before bringing myself here and i terribly regret it.

One of my favorite vets I have ever been to. The staff is great very friendly and the Dr actually cares about animals and you can feel that when he is talking to you about your pet.

Dr Singer and staff are truly the best. They are thorough, professional and kind. My “grand kitty” Mr. Gadget ‘s health has improved so much following Dr Singer’s advice and treatments. Dr. Singer has been our vet for our cats for many years and I would trust no other!

My daughter and husband took our beloved bunny here to be put down. Bunny had worked at my preschool and was loved by so many and lived to be we believe 17-20 years. The kindness, care and compassion they were shown was such a comfort to me since I couldn't be there. They can home with a sweet memorial box including footprint and a keychain with a lock of bunny's fur inside. What a wonderful service you do in the midst of caring for all your other clients. Thank you.

I had the best experience at Noble. My dog had an abscess and needed extensive dental surgery. I was extremely worried and panicked and the receptionist stated, Bri, informed they could take my dog and it would be about a 45 min wait. Everyone was so warm, knowledgeable and professional. Mateo (I hope I get his name right) was so gentle with my pup, he described the procedure in detail and assuaged my fears and also connected me with a payment plan. My dog was able to be seen the very next day and Dr. Singer did a great job. I really appreciate everyone that helped in this challenging process with my dog and it was one of the best veternarian experiences I've had yet. Thank you so much
