We had a fabulous experience with the movers. They arrived on time and they packed everything very carefully, and not one thing was broken or missing. They arrived at the destination as expected and had people to unload with lots of experience. They were friendly and nice and clean. Andy was fantastic! I highly recommend them and would use them again if we move again

The packers and loaders in California we efficient, fast and friendly. The team unloading in Michigan were equally as helpful. If the need arose, I would definitely use Nor Cal again.

They did not show up for the in house estimate after telling me to wait one hour as they have a one hour window and after all they said they did not have such an appointment although I have the email confirmation.

I contacted North American Van Lines to arrange moving from CA to CT. They referred me out to NC moving solutions and setup an appointment for an in home estimate for the following day. Great!

The movers arrived on time and worked very fast. After I arrived at the new house, I unpacked the box with the china and vases. One china dish was chipped a little and one small vase was broken. After the movers left, I realized they forgot to pack the file cabinet which was on the inventory list. My bad, I should have double-checked the list!

The team that came and picked up our stuff were all very sweet and helpful. They were quick and even helped with things that I was supposed to pack myself but was unable to, due to lack of boxes for the odd shaped items. We are still waiting for deliver which is scheduled within the next 4 days.

Staff is awesome and upfront. They kept us informed of where our stuff was and when it would arrive. Checked on us and reported on our belongings the whole way. Great team to work with.

Great Experience. I was amazed how fast the loading work was done. At the agreed upon day & time, the van arrived and once again the unloading was done exactly as promised. GREAT TEAM at the origination and at the destination. Special thank you to Carlos for your leadership during the loading and unloading days.

This driver needs to either use GPS or needs to sit in traffic like the rest of us. The driver behind me left enough space and yielded to let this NC Moving & Storage Solutions truck into the right lane for the 101 N Mission St off ramp exit in SF. Instead the truck driver paused to merge in and then changed their mind and proceeded forward to force a merge just before turning right onto Mission St. Then, as the truck was turning on to Mission St the passenger littered a plastic bottle out the window. What is wrong with some people?! Take some pride in being kind to one another and our city!

I believe the key for a successful move with any of these moving companies is the driver. Our driver Ian took a big part in our move and handled our possessions just like his own. There was not one item, damaged, broken, scratched, or lost. We are very happy with our move. Next time you move try and get Ian, he will make all the difference.

The movers were polite, efficient and very considerate of or furnishings and possessions. WE were very happy with them. The coordinator, Lucy is responsive and professional. There was an issue in that the storage fees were not completely understood (by me) or explained (by NCM) and the monthly cost is a BIG surprise.

The moving coordinator and driver were great! Anyone who has relocated multiple times knows that the success of the move really depends on the driver. Allied has proven more than once to me that they insure that the drivers are top shelf.
