I would like to express how my technician Sylvia Garcia went above and beyond to help me and my situation . I have had one of your manual wheelchairs since 2018 and have had nothing but problems but that story I will leave for another day . After having many other technicians come out to supposedly fix my problem no one took the time to explain what was going on. After a few years Sylvia was assigned to me and what a difference , Sylvia was very thorough and actually performed a 16 pt inspection explained to me the reasons why things were happening . Very caring knowledgeable and checked with colleagues when she had a question. This is the kind of. Tech you want she treats you like a person and realizes these devices are basically your LEGS!!!! Caring is a big part of her nature and she listened to what I was going through. She’s a keeper in my book

horrible service. Every time I call to ask about a previous order,I found out it was placed just that day! Couple be a week later, or two weeks later, but somehow, miraculously its placed on exactly the same day I call and ask about it. BS, these people are just delaying to get your money. they don't have your best interests in mind

I requested a new joystick since April 28, 2023 because mine broke the screws fell of and I had to tight the joystick with plastic belts it's now October 17, 2023 and I still haven't get it fixed I almost fell right now because it fell completely I cant believe it's been 6 months and I haven't get it fixed I am currently 7mo pregnant and I can't imagine if I would of fell what could of happen thanks to the lack of service from NS&M

If you have any option to go somewhere else, do. Customer service is extremely unprofessional and its nearly impossible to get them to pick up their phones or call back. National Seating & Mobility, please update your appointment confirmation text to reflect that you need confirmation or else the technician will not arrive. A confirmation text that does not request any action from the customer and says "(name) will arrive at your home between (time) and (time). Please contact us if you have any questions." does not appropriately communicate that you are requesting action from the customer to confirm the appointment.

Have tried to get a hold of the representative who initially took my order after I had my physician fax over my Doctor. After several attempts to have them follow up on the order they hasn't returned my emails or phone calls. Tried the main number and left several messages, no response. I don't know if this is a regular practice with these guys but after an initial very friendly response from the sales person, there's been no follow up.

Possibly the worst customer service there is, never follow through on what they say, don't answer the phone, let weeks and weeks go by without addressing issues. If you are wheelchair dependent, you need a responsible company that will care for your needs.

A negative ZERO STAR ratingThis company is horrible! There is no customer service at all! I've been waiting on a brake repair since April. The first time they submitted to insurance, they miscoded...they had to start from scratch. We ordered the part and repaired it within 10 days.This it the only vendor that my insurance accepts. i would dump them in a heart beat. They are the slowest, most uncaring, callous company I've ever dealt with.

In December 2022, my power chair stopped working. I had just received a dog I was training to be a service animal. I did not get the chair back until May/June 2023. No loaners available. I was essentially isolated, aside from Covid, to my house during this period. Terrible communication between insurance and National, sitting and myself. It is the contracted vendor to my insurance; I am not looking forward to working with them at all. Next time. I wish that there would be a way of consumers having a way of leading health providers know how terrible they are. I know the business of wheelchair repairs, as I have worked for one in my working career. It sent me back physically and mentally.

Horrible customer service, extremely long wait times for DME (two years for a medically needed wheelchair). I have been given the run around for 18 months now. My chair is already built it's sitting there but their teleheath doc hasn't signed the letter of medical necessity. My insurance told me they are waiting on that letter and the chair can be released. In the mean time I have been using a non paraplegic chair from goodwill without a foot plate. And I can't go to another company since my chair is already built and there. Insurance won't approve another. This place is an absolute joke, and is an insult to the disabled community. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, they are not helpful. The martinez location is far better, but not perfect.And what mobility store only has two accessible parking spaces? And the door will be locked so be prepared to scream in the mail slot.Expecting a call back is the stupidest hope I've had. I expected more from company specializing in clientele with alternative needs. ABLEISTS!I was given the generic email from the owner for me to email my concerns, I did email and never heard anything back.

Worst place ever they don’t answer the phone I had an appointment at 10am I got there at 9:15am I was told a technician was going to come outside and it’s already 10:30am and I haven’t been seen so out of schedule. The Santa Rosa branch is way better
