“I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!! The second employee was there to assist me also very kindly!!! Both employees were kind, knowledgeable and even helped set up my new phone with my old phone!!! They really take customer service seriously!!! Go to them you won’t be disappointed!!!”
“The service here is okay but they are always busyI just switched 5 lines from Tmobile to cricket.Abdullah helped me port over. I really like the service. Also I’m only paying 125$ a month for 5 lines. Sounds like a great deal to me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the activation fee is high and they could only waive 2 for me.”
“Jurrell is a true asset to this store. My phone provider is with T-Mobile but, I needed a Business phone so I bundled At&T wifi, landline and a mobile phone. I tried to set up my mobile phone. Exhausted all efforts. I walked into this store and Jurrell patiently and very politely helped get my phone activated. He troubleshot all the problems. He not once showed any annoyance or aggravation. I have been with T-Mobile for many years but, I have to admit I might just change my personal phone provider. “This is probably the best Verizon store in the East Bay, Brandon, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He assisted me and was able to get me in and out with my new device and all data transferred in about half an hour. The team did a great job; I highly recommend this location for their excellent service and efficiency!”
