Never getting my hair touched by anyone else anymore, I love this salon!!! They're professionals and really good at what they do. My hair was so damaged before and now it has gotten so healthy, my wavy curls are definitely back.

Love my hair cut!!! I have been searching for a good hair salon and I am so lucky to have found Kellan at Miva Hair Salon! What a great stylist!!! She listens to what you want and suggests what might look better, in a nice way! My hair looks and feels fantastic!!! I already scheduled next appointment...that's how much I liked it!!!

Genevieve gave me my consultation. She quoted me $350-$500 for Ash Highlights & $50 to test strand. I went to Jim's Salon 7 minutes from Miva, he cut a small strand from my hair, tested it (FREE) and did an AMAZING job SAME DAY for $270. He greeted me kindly, didn't roll his eyes at my questions, & made sure I understood the entire process. Just for feedback, ppl can sense energy and they can feel when you're genuine about your work. People like myself will pay for the quality of the service(TIPS) bc they've earned it. Not to mention a good network of clienteles from my contact book. Maybe I should've wore some name brands. Lol. I probably would've been treated differently.

Blanca is amazing! I had not had a haircut in so long. The last one I had was a bad experience so I was apprehensive about trying this new place but I needed a haircut ... desperately! Blanca was great at listening to what I needed, she made great recommendations and showed me pictures of what she suggested. The whole washing and haircutting experience was pretty awesome, I felt confident in her ability and in the end I couldn't be happier with the service and plan on coming back when I need my next haircut.Services: Haircut

Blanka is an amazing stylist she always cares about the condition of my hair and always matches my hair with perfect colors to cover the gray!! She always has me looking great when I leave her salon with beautiful bouncy hair

I've had a few hair treatments (fusio dose, deep repair) and a haircut at Miva with Minnie. She is great and does the best blowouts from all the salons I've visited in Hayward. I recently got a Brazilian blowout for the first time ever, and am in love with the results. Minnie was so sweet and took the time to not only explain the process, but also educate me on what a Brazilian blowout was, chemicals involved and much more. It was a long process, but I will definitely be getting it once my hair needs it again. I have a lot of hair, thick, wavy and frizzy when air dried. It is a struggle styling it, but the Brazilian blowout has made it so much easier for me. I 100% recommend it and 100% recommend visiting Miva Salon for all your hair needs.

I did not have a hair cut for four years. I scheduled an appointment with an additional scalp service. Mrs Nguyen suggested I not do the treatment and worked with me to understand what I thought I wanted for a hair cut. She made a couple suggestions and the cut turned out great. I also liked the scent of the Kerastase shampoo for men.

I have been coming to MIVA for over a year and a half and it's safe to say they're the only salon I trust! Minnie has been doing almost all of my services at this location and she has been really helpful in answering all of my questions along the way. I am naturally a pretty dark brown and my end goal was to be an ash blonde, which is a process that took time to build. In total it took me ~7 months to get to but it was super worth it. She has been amazing with her services and I would recommend her to anyone!

My first time getting my hair done by Kellan exceeded all expectations. I truly with my deepest sincerity recommend her for hair coloring. She was super kind, considerate, and very professional. I appreciated how she showed me color swatches, took extra care of my fine hair, and I trust her with making decisions when it comes to what looks good on me. It's hard for me to find a hair stylist that I like, so have been hopping salons for awhile. However I think I've finally found a stylist I plan to come back to again and again :)
