I was in deep panic due to an unfortunate situation in my home. Given that I am miles away, I had to find someone quickly and there comes help in the form of Miguel Portales.He was extremely helpful, calm, patient and responsive although he NEVER had experience dealing with this situation. He advised me well on what to do and more importantly what NOT to do.Miguel fixed the home for showings and helped fill it soon. I will highly recommend Miguel for your home property management.

I am more than happy to leave this recommendation for Mr. Miguel Portales. He helped us to sell our home in Fremont at an amazing price and also helped us to get a temporary rental home here in Hayward before we purchase our next home next year. I will be honest, we were ready to hire one of the two realtors we interviewed back in October and our friend here in Hayward showed us a small card she received at her front door with Miguel’s promotion of only $6,800 Flat Listing Broker Fee. At the begining we were very hesitant because we have never heard of him and we thought it was one of those "bait and switch" advertising scams because the broker listing fee seem low. We decided to do some PI work on him and see what can we find online before calling him for an interview. To our surprise we found nothing but good things about him and he is also a veteran like my husband so that gave us a little bit of reassurance and decided to call him for an appointment. After our first meeting with Miguel, we found out he is local, he is very knowledgable, has many years of experience selling real estate in the Bay Area . Miguel not only saved us thousands of dollars in fees but he walked us and guided us through the entire process of selling our home and finding a rental to move-in, from getting things repaired, inspections, disclosures, negotiations, cleaning, staging, finding rental homes, building our tenant resume, signing our new lease, etc etc. We bombarded him with questions at different times of the day; even on weekends, and he answered every single one of them with the outmost respect and professionalism and always with a smile. He is a true profesional and a caring human being.We definitely recommend Mr. Miguel Portales for any of your real estate needs. You will not be disapointed.

Miguel,You are a dream broker. I did not realize how hard a real estate agent would work for his client to find the house of their dreams. You listened to what we needed and went out there to make that happen. We were very fussy clients and you demonstrated the patience of a saint. However, the most outstanding quality apart from your very warm, and kind personality is that you were very thorough with examining the documents that were drafted or needed to be signed. You held our hand through the entire process and gave us gentle respectful guidance on the way. Lastly you were a tough negotiator on our behalf and got us a deal even better than we had expected. Miguel helped my wife and I in finding our first home. We didn't know a lot about the process of buying a home and what was required and he was helpful in explaining to us everything we needed to know i order to make a decision on our home. Miguel was very patient and very helpful because we were looking for several months in several cities in the east bay and he showed us a lot of places. He kept in mind what we wanted when giving us options to look at. Miguel was also available 24/7 and was always ready to help in putting in an offer and making sure that we were taken care of. Miguel also helped in making our offer look good when he took a 0.5% decrease on his commission. I would recommend Miguel to anyone who is looking at buying or selling a home.
