When I broke my phone and needed a new one, one of the girls there really helped me out (I forgot to get her name). Helped me reactivate my old phone for the day then the following day help me with purchasing a new phone. She answered all my questions and went over the sales that were going on. I would really recommend people with metro to come to this location.

Great experience I went to 2 different metro stores and also called customer service nobody knew what I was talking about with the deal on their website. Finally I went into this store showed them the website and it was all smooth sailing from there. Great people and very helpful to everyone I saw enter the store this is going to be my main store from now on.

I went in to the store with my son, who was in dire need of a new phone. We received great service from Daniela aka Ella. He got an upgraded phone that he absolutely loves. Thank you Daniela for making this experience a happy one!!!! We will be back in the future most definitely
