They charged me 50$ for a screen protector and case telling me it was included. Also signed me up for a "premium service bundle" for 10$ a month without my consent. Watch what they charge you.

The sales reps are cool , however if they hook you up with a deal pay attention! That receipt will disappear. And if you need a receipt you can only retrieve it the day you buy the phone.

I came here with my daughter Sunday January 8, 2023 to buy her a new phone since hers was outdated and cracked. We came for a Samsung phone and unfortunately they were sold out.. Brenda helped us find a better deal and phone and we also got a free case! She was very helpful and informative. She answered all my questions and we left this store happy. Thank you Brenda! I will be recommending people to go here.

Very sweet staff.. I was suspect at first because BBQ in the bay is hit or miss...This was in Point! Simple menu allowed for tasting everything. The price was good. Fair price for meal portions. Sauces were great.

Went here on a fluke because I happen to be in the area and needed 2 new lines. I was glad I came here because the customer service was top notch. The young lady who helped me was real helpful and knowledgeable when it came to their products. I would've thought she was a manager the way she conducted herself with such professionalism and class. I was even more shocked to find out she was only 17! Lol she has a lot of potential and a bright future. If you're the owner and you're reading this, you need to promote LEIDEN to a higher position. She a sweetheart and she deserves it...?

Metro PCS is the absolute worst, and the staff at this Metro store is the worst of the worst. Ignorant, inept, liars. Don't waste your time or money at this store.
