Even though the refrigerator in my apartment is a new model, it stopped cooling. I spoke with Kyra at the business office and she arranged for a visit from maintenance. Within a couple of hours Daniel came over and quickly diagnosed that the fan motor was not functioning.
Daniel went the extra mile. Literally. He wanted to be sure that he got the refrigerator up and running before my food spoiled and even though that meant driving out of town for the part, and working after hours, he stuck with it until the job was done. Office management and maintenance staff are first class.
