This has been the most excellent storage facility to rent for years.However, just recently the property was sold to new owners.Here in lies a huge problem. It is my understanding that The new owners are increasing the rent from say an averageof 200 per month to approximately 420 per month.This is just for starters, Most of us are already in the process ofvacating because of the extremely outrageous and unreasonablerent increase. It is very evident that the new owners are not even concernedabout pleasing their renters and is sending a very bad message to us all ingeneral. This really is not only unacceptable but obviously criminal in itsintent. We figure if they are greeting their new renters in this fashion,that it will be a monthly increase that will eventually backfire on the new owners. Maybe that is what they want. They may have other plans forthe property or are not business oriented. They are blatantly greedyis what this behavior suggests.My advice to anyone who may be considering Meekland Storage is,Do yourself a huge favor by not even considering this kind of inconvenience.Do not let any of your friends or family members even waste any of their time and all of their money renting to these New and greedy owners becausethey are gonna rip you off like in the worst kind of way.People do not deserve to be price Gouged to the point of being ripped off. I have rented here for many years and have been very happy.That has all changed abruptly now with the new and very greedy owners.Maybe this will be a good lesson to them as how to treat your customers when they realize that no one will rent from them.Who knows.It was nice while it lasted, but now the time has come to move on andfind another option with good honest people that have proven themselvesto be considerate to their customers.Word to the Wise, Stay Away from Meekland Storage because it is nolonger safe to do business there!Thank You for reading this review please pass on this info to others sothey do not have to lose all their property and money simultaneously!

Love this placeExtremely nice people good storage units. And Wilderness Unlimited is great for those looking for private hunting and fishing properties.

This place is down home friendly. Knows their customers by name, not just a number. Jerry is a cat (and people) lover with a heart of gold, Manny keeps the ship tight, and Serge keeps it buttoned up. All super awesome people! The last thing they want is to separate you from your stuff. Refreshing.
