This establishment is unlawful ,they allow loitering from Vagrants and Alchohol to be consumed on premises, They allow Marijuana to me smoked on premises and patrons to loiter outside all day and all hours of night disturbing the peace and quiet of residents neighbors of the property all hours of night 7 days a week . They permit transients to loiter and blatantly violate liquor license laws permitting the consuming of alchohol on exterior and interior of property giving access to their storage facility that is being used from the joined previous establishment of Macs Sports bar that is no longer in Business ,that is shut down and used as a storage for their inventory. Owner has neglected to stop these activities and violations from being conducted at his business . The authorities contacted at Bay Area ABC compliance complaint lines have been notified to investigate and stop the violations and nuisances. They permit noise violations of parked vehicles to blare stereo systems playing music as they sit in lot drinking in their vehicles and smoking Marijuana and other elicit drug activities on in their parking lot .
