Very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to do the service on the same day. Hugo was very friendly and really tries to connect with his clients. He even went above and beyond and tried to spot fix something (very minor) that I didn’t even request to have repaired. I trust In their services and would recommend to anyone!

I love this place. I've had so many bad experiences at Car shops! The people at Rainbow auto are legit! They are super laid back but get the job done at a great price! They explain everything thoroughly which is amazing because some places are just like "yea, yea ok. I'll get it done" then come out of left field with something crazy. Something did come up when they were doing my service but they called right away and didn't try to make us feel like we had to do it or our car was going to explode or something. We went ahead and told them to do whatever you have to do. That's how much we trust them. Plus, I just called them to have them send me some records from half a year ago and after verifying my identity they sent it over right away. The other shop I used to go to made me go in person to pick them up! I suggest you don't look any further and give these guys a call.

They found a used hybrid converter inverter to fix my 2007 Toyota Prius and it saved me $4000 from getting it done at the dealership. 2 weeks later and it's still running which bought me time to save money and car shop. I'm pretty happy with that.

I've had a couple bad experiences with some autobody shops (repairs taking too long, prices too high, etc) but at rainbow auto center I had an amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend bringing your car here. Location: located on Meekland nestled among tons of other auto shops, but relatively easy to find off 880's A street exit. It's also rly close to a school & park. Service: Philip and his team are so amazing! My car was basically totalled when I brought it here because someone had rear ended me on the freeway. Philip was able to explain everything that needed to be done & all the costs in layman's terms so I would understand. I'm no car expert but I really appreciated that he was able to explain in a way I could understand. My car was finished in just a few days & looked completely brand new. He also dealt with all the insurance issues, car rental etc which made things a lot easier for me. He's super experienced, friendly & accommodating. I will never be able to go anywhere else after I've had auto service like this! Will definitely be back if I ever have car troubles again (hopefully not though.. haha).

I took my Odyssey to this shop because of an accident. Philip took care of everything, he contacted the insurance company and did all the work. The service was fast and my Odyssey looked great like brand new. I didn't have to pay anything and I did not have to waste my time calling the insurance company. Because of this, I will give it more than 5 stars if possible.

I took my truck to this shop for a second estimate because I had already taken it somewhere else and the estimate was too low, Rainbow Auto Center told me to leave my name, number, and to sign a paper to leave my truck for the estimate. While I was making calls to my insurance to see what they would cover following the accident, after 2 days the shop was working on my truck and had stripped the hood without calling me and receiving authorization so I asked to have the put back together, but they "lost" multiple parts that were originally on my truck... now im forced to deal with this issue by asking the owner to buy the parts that were lost from my truck. I do not recommend this shop to anybody unless you have a signed paper telling the shop to not work on your vehicle without permission.
