“I would like to express how my technician Sylvia Garcia went above and beyond to help me and my situation . I have had one of your manual wheelchairs since 2018 and have had nothing but problems but that story I will leave for another day . After having many other technicians come out to supposedly fix my problem no one took the time to explain what was going on. After a few years Sylvia was assigned to me and what a difference , Sylvia was very thorough and actually performed a 16 pt inspection explained to me the reasons why things were happening . Very caring knowledgeable and checked with colleagues when she had a question. This is the kind of. Tech you want she treats you like a person and realizes these devices are basically your LEGS!!!! Caring is a big part of her nature and she listened to what I was going through. She’s a keeper in my book”
