“A variety of Afghan and international food source in the area. ????? from refreshment to fruits and vegetable. You could also find siwaks/sewak or miswak here from time to time.”
“Love this little local spot for both the market and carnicerÃa. I can pick up carne asada steak, chicken, marinaded taco meat, ribs and much more from the butcher. The grocery market is good too because you can also buy bread, canned goods, tortillas etc... it's basically a little local market. The people working the cash register and at the butcher are always very nice.”
“It is a super market at my fingertips, with items aimed at the Latin public, the staff is friendly and always eager to serve you... the cuisine is very good and with a lot of variety, every day I eat my favorite foods like lentils, very well seasoned. .Greetings”
“If your ever in the area, you must go visit Yeyo's! A local neighborhood meat market. Service is great! All the butchers work the line, and get you outta there pretty quick. Small isles, but they have almost everything! Produce they have that too! Oh and don't forget the fresh bread, and goodies right when you walk in. On a busy time it may be a struggle to get a parking but we'll worth it. Great customer service, and affordable prices.”
“Cardenas market, my favorite. Spices, meat and milk grocery are double cheap and fresher than in different markets. Unusual stuff to buy (I am not latino). Recommend.”
“I just picked up their truffle mousse pate at Costco (SF one in SOMA) and it is delicious!! It's topped with aspic, which might not be everyone's thing but you can flip it upside down to avoid eating it. Two 7 oz. containers for $12! Perfect for my charcuterie board and allows me to have my daily dosage of truffle without feeling guilty!! Nom non nom :)”
