I was searching around google for affordable furniture and found Mary and Luis . From start to finish they were super helpful and polite . Ended up getting approved through Snap . Luis and his wife tagged teamed my application for SNAP , answered all my questions and even delivered to my house within an hour of leaving their store . I took home two couches , a rug , a knight stand , dresser and kitchen table with 4 chairs . Delivery charge was $30 !!!!! My studio looks way better I’m definitely satisfied !

We were moving to San Leandro and we were looking for a nice bed and we found Mary and Luis business really nice place by the way, we buy this nice bed from them but after I had a back pain after 1 month But I thought it was just stress from work after 18 months we move to a different cityUnfortunately we found out that the box spring were not good didn’t match each other, not only that one didn’t had springs at all, and then I figured out were my back pain was coming from….Well this is how they react when I call them to explain what happens, also I wasn’t rude or asking for any money back or anything like that, I just told them please do anything about this situation just give me the correct spring box and we’re good.But they said there’s nothing we can do is over ayer sorry.Well I’m a business man as well I don’t think you handled this situation the right way.AWYS CHECK YOUR THINGS DONT TRUST NOT BUDDY, also the charge me around 200$ aditional for the box spring that it was part off the bed……

I called them not to ask for money simply to give me the correct base, since there are two bases since I have the calking bed, so that the bed would be level. Well, they didn't want to give me the correct base, today I have a super nice bed with only a mattress, and this super low bed is more uncomfortable and two bases that I don't even know where to throw them. Me dieron las base equivocadas de mi cama, cual causo dolor de espalda. Me di cuenta de que era las bases equivocada una esta mas delgada que la otra y no tiene resortes es super hueca. Les llame no para pedir dinero simplemente para que me dieran la base correcta, ya que son dos base ya que tengo la cama calking, para que quedara la cama a nivelada. Pues no me quisieron dar la base correcta , hoy tengo una cama super bonita solo con colchón, y esta súper baja mas incomoda y dos base que ni se donde tirarlas. Esta situación me tiene muy frustrada! Mal servicio al cliente!
