This was an amazing moving experience. I had never had movers before, and they made it so easy on both ends. They moved everything efficiently and without any damage. The entire team from the quote, to scheduling to the moving were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone moving and would use them again in the future!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Clint is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I would stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere. The solution is to say you never dealt with me, but your employee Clint Arnett likes to go around trashing other peoples businesses while on your work schedule, which I think is completely inappropriate.

I was very happy with Macy Movers and would highly recommend them. Chris was responsive and easy to talk with regarding the details of the move and the estimate. Stevie in the office was also responsive and professional. My move was somewhat complicated since I was moving furniture around between three separate houses, and one house was far away. Other moving companies had been rigid in helping me move with these complexities. But Macy Movers was flexible and worked with me to determine the best strategy for an efficient move. Their estimate was not only reasonable but also it was all in without any "gotcha's" later like most moving companies. No extra nickel and diming after the fact for tape or wrap or any of that stuff. And the movers themselves were on time, hard working, efficient, neat, and careful. Best movers and moving experience I have ever had. 5 stars!

Macy Movers was recommended by our real estate agent. From start to finish, this was a good experience. They estimated our home’s contents (though we ended up over), loaded our stuff into a 50 ft trailer, moved us interstate, and then unloaded. The movers were professional, the coordinator had great communication throughout, and the whole thing went off seamlessly. I would say that it wasn’t cheap, for sure, but this was the best move I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.

This is the third time that I have had the pleasure of Macy Mover's assistance. Under Elgin's leadership the large move went smoothly and all the staff worked steadily, with good effect.I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism evident and the cheerful, friendly attitude of all of them. I also liked that some of the staff were hired with hearing handicap, although it was no handicap to them!Both loading and unloading went well and the movers were very patient with our repositioning requests. Their help in placing our furniture was important in making our home look good.I hope I won't be moving again; but, if I must , it will definitely be with Macy Movers!My thanks to all!Pat Schwartz

I used Macy Movers last year to move me to TN from CA. They did a great job. They have a coding system to keep track of all the items. We didn't pay till the job was complete. Someone is available to answer calls for questions.

We hired Macy Movers to put our furniture in the garage while our hardwood floors were being refinished. While moving the furniture back into the house, they dropped a statue, breaking the head off of it and denting the newly refinished floor. We submitted a claim for the value of the statue. We have never heard from them. We have called five times and been told someone would get back to us. No one has ever called.

I was unable to oversee movers upon packing and unfortunately the movers not only stole a few items but did not perform the job to standard. My area rug was folded in half and not properly rolled the way an area rug should be, causing permanent damage. Furniture was not properly wrapped to prevent scratching/ damage. Accent tables were scratched up, floor lamps were tossed into a box, collectively. I paid for all furniture to be properly packaged and wrapped and this did not happen in my absence. This company was referred to me by a trusted source and I would have loved to recommend their services to others however I do not recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism, breach of trust and lack of follow up. When I spoke to the moving manager, Chris, about these unfortunate factors, he never got back to me and left the issue open ended. I recommend going with a company that has trusted workers and will perform the job to standard despite you being present or not. Very disappointed.

Very tidy, well secured warehouse. A knowledgeable staff, who are also friendly. A great place to store your precious things, book a cross country move, or even a local move, this is a well established business that doesn't disappoint.
