I was at the Matt counter today because I bought a tube of Mac lipgloss and it spilt all in my purse in the pocket of my Louis Vuitton purse and I went back and asked them can I please just exchange it because there's a hole in it somewhere the lady told me without the receipt no I said lady stand by your product I have the stuff here she said yes but it's 60% gone I said because it's right here into my purse you can take your hand and fill it I wouldn't upstairs found us a manager she said yes they will exchange it and consider it damaged we go back downstairs the only Lee told her no she needed another boss's permission after 10 minutes of sitting there I went ahead and sat down she came to me and said oh I was just put it down as damaged exactly as the other baby had asked her to do when she stayed she could not I don't like to have games played with me I don't like liars I don't like lazy workers the Matt will never see me again

Wow. I have never been this happy to purchase make up. Not only did Tina pick out my perfect color in mintues. She took her time to explain what else I might need.she took into consideration what made me feel comfortable. Way you carry out the name of Mac.

Drove all the way here to get a quick lipstick waited about 10 minutes or longer no one ever helped me then a man came from the perfume counter to tell me she was on a lunch break for an hour or something..... okay so I guess you guys don't want my business and there is no one else to help me ???

I think this location is better than Bayfair's. There's more staffing here so you get attended to on time. If you want your makeup done, ask for Jamie. She's super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. Her makeup skills is top notch too, she did my makeup for my maternity shoot. Overall my experience was great.

Came for a last minute M.A.C. run before my date night. I walked into the mall and right to Macy's MAC counter... nobody was there! I waited, waited, waited about 10 min before I started filming... then filmed for even longer b before someone decided that they wanted to ask me if I needed help... And it was a young woman who'd been at anothercounter near by mingling with other employees"why yes, I'd like to make a purchase" obviously!

I am kind of disappointed with the Macy's here, it was like a small Sephora as soon as you walk in, bit it's VERY messy, the staff didn't approach us at all in the perfume section and they were busy looking at each others Instagram post. I did need assistance however I figured I'd go elsewhere. Now the cool part of this Macy's is that it has a small section of high end, they had Moschino, MCM etc. but VERY unorganized and in a glass shelf which didn't have anyone around either. I would 100% skip coming here again

I made an appointment for 10am and no over ever showed up. I waited 30 minutes until I finally gave up. So upsetting as I didn't get a call or anything letting me know of any cancellation and I am such a MAC enthusiast and customer.

Leslie was so helpful . The store was busy , she was by herself and it was close to closing time, but she managed to help me to the fullest . I walked away a happy customer. I'm surprised how much help she was to me in such little time . She helped me try on some products that suited me so well . I walked away with all the things I needed . Thanks Leslie !
