actually the worst place i've ever been the food was awful. the milk was rotting. they put milk in my car?! the parking costs were horrible it costed so much to replace my tires. they keyed my car?! never go here so embarassing

My car was left in the shop for days and i was told it would be ready in 3 days. They didn't call me or nothing to let me know what they were doing. I walked to the shop because i hadn't been going to work since i have zero transportation. I basically paid for parking instead of fixing my damn car. Would not recommend.

I had a flat tire went for a repair and was charged $25 which is crazy for a patch and some air I usually only pay around $10-15 plus tip. This place is over charging and then they still expect you to tip.

Came here on the recommendation of a friend when my 1991 Civic Honda was stalling out repeatedly and my regular mechanic could not find the problem. My friend assured me that MA Auto shop has great mechanic expertise, and are thorough in diagnosing and fixing a problem. MA Auto shop found the source of the issue, and after a quick fix, my car was back on the road. I accidentally overpaid the bill, and MA Auto shop was also quick to catch my error and return the extra money. Great service.
