They will only give you 3 days to return a car, but after 5 days all the Christmas tree lights will turn, including surrounding check systems (supposed to be there for your safety). And they're not gonna do anything for you.

Scammers. Cheap car, copper shavings in coolant/oil. Stopgap all over the place. Tried to keep my deposit and had to threaten them to get it back.
