This location is absolute garbaggio with their wait times. I would say definitely avoid this place when it is busy unless you want to waste a lot of time waiting.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from here. If I could give it a zero I would. I placed a delivery order at 7:20pm and it said it would deliver by 8:50. I waited as I thought maybe they’re just busy. Well 8:50 came around and the order was still being prepared. The time just got later and later the driver was not answering and the store wouldn’t answer calls either. My order was finally delivered at 10:40pm cold and stale. It’s actually insane to me that I had to wait more than 3 hours for an order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Need to improve the disability accommodations by I'm proving communication between the cashier's and the deaf person by providing a picture to describe what the deaf customers wanted to order and not take up a lot of time if the cashier's doesn't understand by writing. So I propose picture to show what it wanted to order. Thank you

This place has gone downhill. The self-service pickup is broken causing you to have to wait forever for a person to serve you. The customer service is non-existent.

I am writing this ZERO start review based on various times that i have order from here. First of all they always take longer than what did app shows. The establishment is always dirty. I can tell that employes are overwork and unappreciated by the way they take their time making the orders. I have also seen them on their phone all the time.

Ordered a 3-meat Treat on 02/10/2024. Got home and found almost no toppings on the pizza other than pepperoni. I usually get a lot more toppings on this pizza from them; It is also advertised online as having a lot of toppings. Called the store, a store associate answered and literally couldn't be bothered with the complaint, no damage control, not offering to fix anything; He just said he will tell the "topping people". If you are the owner, know I might consider just going to a different Little Caesars location next time. Train your staff. I worked in pizza for a few years and the customer service here was absolutely abysmal.

Definitely check your order before you walk out. Gave me the wrong pizza. It wasn't cooked well at all.
