0 stars! The worst, would NOT recommend! Take your business somewhere else, otherwise you will be disappointed. To begin with the integrity of the business is the worst. They (employees and manager) take advantage of the customers. Rude customer service, unreliable information is communicated to the customer. Giselle took my order and told me I had to pay expedited shipping to have the dress arrive on time, which I did because my event was coming up in a week. Two days later, I get a call stating they don't make size 16 (youth) on that type of dress that I ordered. I had to go to the store and select another dress. They asked to select two different styles to make sure they had one size 16 by Friday. Option A was the same price as the initial dress that I had paid. Giselle assured me I would be refunded for the difference if they sent the dress from Option B. Option B was cheaper. Friday comes, they gave me the dress (Option B) and no refund. The person who gave me the dress said she couldn't give me the difference and that I had to speak with Giselle. I asked her to call the manager. Manager is not onsite, they reach her by phone and of course she is not customer friendly. Once the sales lady hanged up, she mentioned she understood my frustration and she recommended to take pictures of the catalog prices before I left the store since she has noticed they change the prices in the catalog when disputes arise. This is so UNETHICAL!!! I went to speak with Gisselle a few days later, Giselle tried to act like she had not mentioned the refund information. Then she admitted and said that she did mentioned I would be refunded for the difference but that all dresses sizes 14-16 are added a $10 fee. I said that wasn't communicated to me at time of purchase when paying for the dress. Plus, the amount that they had to refund me was greater than the $10 fee story that she pulled out of nowhere. Long story short, I didn't get my refund even though I paid more for a dress that was priced lower. I will not come to this store again.

DO NOT BUY HERE! If I could give it a 0 star I would. I bought my daughter a dress at this store for the first time. When I was paying I told the cashier that my daughter pulled the tag off. I still bought the dress not knowing what was to come. As I am getting ready for my daughter's birthday, I tried on this dress today Thursday before the weekend. The dress hurts her underarms because it's too tight. I come back to the store, Little Angels 5 days later. When I am in the store the "manager" tells me that I can't return the dress because although the receipt says EXCHANGES WITHIN 10 DAYS the policy after COVID is no exchanges. Shouldn't the receipt be corrected? The return policy is contracting if the receipt says otherwise. In addition, she said that even if the policy allowed exchanges she wouldn't exchange it because the tag wasn't on ALTHOUGH I PURCHASED IT WITHOUT THE TAG. I said she should train her employees to let the customer know so we can get another dress with a tag or have them add the tag again. The manager said it's my fault for buying the dress without a tag. This is very unacceptable and I will not be shopping here again. If the manager could have easily exchanged as a one time courtesy to keep customers coming back. But instead she was giving attitude and unprofessional.

I came to this store looking for a long dress. I picked one out of the catalog and had to pay for it in full which that right there was a red flag itself. I later get a call stating the dress was not available so I picked a different one which was also not available. At this point I asked for a refund which they did not want to give to me. I called multiple times and no answer and when they finally answered the lady was so rude not wanting to help me and then just hanged up on me. The customer service here is just horrible.

A pretty pricey store but they carry elegant beautiful dresses esp for special occasions I bought my kids outfits here for their first Christmas photo they also had the perfect white newborn dresses for my baby’s blessing I highly recommend purchasing here for special occasions it’s worth the money & memory speaking from personal experience

I got a first communion dress for my daughter from here. Two ladies worked here and were both very helpful. They showed me different style veils as well. Six stars for their service and seven for their dresses. Very pretty selections. My daughter is very picky and found three dresses that she liked. I was on my way to another store but I'm glad I saw this one first. Would definitely recommend it. Side note, I saw the cutest baptism clothes for little boys.

Came to this store to look for my daughters baptism dress. There was two hispanic girls working at the register, they didnt say hi or acknowledge me (oh and there was no one in the store but me). Their bad customer service, made make a quick exit. My mom then return to the store and a lady named lupita (i believe) helpee her with all her questions...my mom bought some accessories that i need for my daughters baptism. I returned to the store to buy a coat for my daughters baptism dress..man named Edwin was friendly and helpful.

Can I get a zero???? The worker choose to email saying it's my moms fault for not reading the different tags and how she wishes I would have said it to her face. Not to mention called me much older. Again (sarcastically) GREAAAAAT customer service!!!! She did point out how rude I was and I apologize I shouldn't call anyone those names but I was quite frustrated with the way my mother was treated. Again I highly recommend going to other stores, where even if it is my mom's fault (although it should have been told before we paid, especially since she asked about getting a refund) they would apologize for the confusion but it's store policy. That would have been the more professional approach.

A lot of choice for us to take a look, nice dress and accessories but expensive for dress just wear 1 time or occasion
