I use to come here years ago. They did a good job then. I recently went, altho the staff was polite, they work work on many people at the same time, which is annoying because you are paying for a service(an expensive service, now a days), and are always waiting for them to come back to you. They no longer do any kind of design, such as flowers. I did a french tip, which they charge extra for, and she did it all crooked. I am very particularly about it all being straight and even. I will never go back. They place is also dirty. They dont clean the tubs in between customers, only a plastic liner. They dont use clean tools/ scrubbers in between customers. That is how you can get fungus and infections on nails and skin. Most important reason not to go here.

Don't get your bangs cut here, she cut mine too short despite giving a reference picture. She didn't pause to ask if the length was ok, one snip and now I have to wear headbands or clip back my bangs until they grow out. I guess now I can go as Vector for Halloween.

Been coming here since I was 12 after moving away for a year and coming back went to get my nails and feet done not even a week later this is the result use to love coming here but unfortunately won't be back not sure if it was just the fact somebody new did my nails but

Horrible job by the lady who fixes Lashes. She lies it’s hybrid but it all came off before the next day, she tried to fix it the next day again it all came off, never will I patronise them. Very unprofessional and unskilled.

Reading the other reviews it appears you get a good job the first time Visit. My second pedicure was horrible!!! Not only does my pedicure not look good as the first visit, the Polish look dull and smudged. AND My foot was burned with the Electric Sander that is NOT designed to put on the skin. Anna attempted to file down my foot with the electric sander that is usually used for the top of the Nails or Acrylic Nails.When I told her it was burning she started talking loud to her coworker in another language and her coworker came over and got the device. I assume she was waiting to use it.She went on talking about me for a few minutes in her language, very Fast in a Loud and Angry tone. Periodically she would look up at me to see if I was catching on. That was an insult to my intelligence!This was my second pedicure from her. When it was time to pay she attempted to charge me $5 more. A pedicure is $30. I asked her why is it $5 more. She said because she used the electric device. She used the electric device on my toenails the first visit and only charged me $30. I told her I was not charged that the first visit then she said okay $30.So she was trying to charge me an extra $5 because she Burnt my foot and I complained and she did not like it.Very unethical I will not be back.I always gave Anna $5. This was actually my third visit. My first visit was a pedicure. My second visit was to get gel nails. The gel nails started peeling in a few days because a white polish was put on as a base coat since I was getting a bright color.This last visit I gave her $5. When I handed it to her she laid it on the desk. I'm not sure if it was because she was not accepting it or what.....No Worries! I will not be returning to another RUDE, UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Love this place!!! Walk right in on a Saturday afternoon twice and got a full set the first time and a fill the second. Both times she was able to get replica the photos I brought in. Wasn't too much both times!! Will be making this my new stop!!

Its a horrible place!!!! I had went there once and I liked how my nails were so I decided to go and try again! I regret it so much! If I could I would give this place 0 starts it doesn't deserve them! The worker was a guy and he was going to put curved nail tips and I told him I wanted them straight and he changed them but had an attitude. It was so unsanitary and disgusting the sanding band was all used and dirty! He was doing my nails so thin there was bearlly even any acrylic on them!!! While he was doing my nails a big ball of acrylic fell on the nails and I told him so he would fix it but he just let it be. He still did my nails and finished. Once he was done I asked if he could put more acrylic on my nails since they were too thin and he said no there fine. I think if I ask for something he should do it since he's gonna get payed and that's how I want them but he still didn't care and left them thin. They are so thin it's just the nail they re so weak and they are so see through and horrible just horrible!! I asked him again if he was gonna fix the ball of acrylic that had fell and he just said he wasn't done! Obviously I knew he wasn't done but I was just asking to know since it looked bad. So I decided to ask again to know and he screamed at me and said IM NOT DONE!!!! I felt bad and just cried. My boyfriend was there and he got mad that another guy is rasing his voice at me and went up to him and told him to not raise his voice at me and the guy got scared and just told us to leave. I am glad I didn't have to pay for this mess!!! I am a learning nail tech and I know even better than him!! Me being a minor and being treated like that is horrible! They need way better customer service!!! Thankfully I was able to fix this mess! I regret going here it's the worse place ever!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!

Nice atmosphere well maintained and a good location but the staff was not friendly, nor could understand what I was saying…the main part here it comes after showing a picture of what exactly I wanted to do they do the opposite n half way through the process they want to charge me 10 bucks more!!!!!!
