Our kiddo absolutely loved this daycare!! she started in the baby room and was about to graduate to pre-k 2 work required us to move out of state. The staff here is amazing! Mrs Cheree and Mrs Beca in the office are always helpful and knowledgeable. As a first time mom, leaving my kiddo somewhere new was anxiety provoking but they put my fear at ease. PLUS they have watch me grow installed in the classrooms which was a huge worry reducer as well. The teachers in each room were also so caring and thoughtful in their interactions not only with my daughter but all the kiddos. I loved seeing pictures or videos of them playing or working on arts and crafts. These ladies are super heroes, for real! We are going to miss them at our new home but I'm thankful they gave us such a positive experience so we know what to look for in future childcare.

My daughter attended started at 9mo old and stayed until we moved when she was three. I truly can’t say enough nice things about this center and ladies that work her. My kiddo learned so much and everyone here is so kind. Our family is going to miss this center and the staff. Thank you all so much!

My son and daughter have been going to Little Angels for some years now. The teachers are very caring and gentle with the children. There is a good amount of time dedicated to playing but the kids also do art activities and learn letters and numbers to the appropriate level for their age. The kids love it here, and I know they are well looked after.

THEY LOST MY CHILDMy daughter was here for 8.5 months. On June 7 I received a call from my husband saying that the facility had lost my child. HOW DO YOU LOOSE A CHILD AT A CHILD CARE!!?There was a HOLE in the back of the play area where the kids are, she climbed her way out into a neighbor's yard. My child is 4 and autistic, she crossed the street. We don't know how long she was gone, and the STAFF DID NOT even bother calling the police. Instead, the teacher with the big white truck got in her car and started driving around trying to find her. WHY NOT CALL THE POLICE AND SAY A CHILD IS MISSING? THEY DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE SHE WAS GONE UNTIL MY HUSBAND WENT IN TO PICK HER UP. It was the most traumatic event of my life. I'm at home thinking she was in a safe environment and being taken care of but she was gone. I had a panic attack not knowing if she was okay. They didn't tell my husband anything until 20 minutes after they couldn't locate her. Still no call to the police. The police arrived with her. I wanted answers and all I got were fucken excuses from the staff. From the report I received, she was gone for well over 30 minutes. I put my trust into this facility and now I'm stuck thinking if my daughter is okay where she is now. I took her out of this place the very next day. I couldn't forgive myself if I continued to take her there. This is something that's unforgivable and now I live with the "What if's."I really hope they get better teachers that actually watch the children instead of just waiting for a paycheck because that's what I experienced that day.

I am writing this for the parents who look into reviews before placing their children in childcare centers . I have a 3 year old son who has been attending this childcare since he was 6 months old. We are recently having to relocate and I have not been able to find a childcare in the area that matches Lil Angels Hayward on Ruus Rd. My son loves his teachers and they have been absolutely amazing from beginning to end. They are very helpful, caring, and understanding when the drop-offs were hard for both me and my son in the beginning. It took him a while to stop crying at drop-off because he has always been very attached to me. However, their patience and care helped my son become comfortable, gain trust with the staff, and become used to his new childcare routine. We both love the staff at Lil Angels Hayward and appreciate everyone who has made this a great and safe experience for us because finding a place like this is very hard to find. Besides the amazing care, they have a schedule for the kids throughout the day in which they have time for play, nap time, reading and additional activities. My son has definitely learned a lot and enjoys the different activities the staff have them do throughout the days. If you are looking for a childcare for your little one and considering this place I will say DO IT, you will not regret it. I relocated, and I am currently making the drive to this child care because I refuse to place my child anywhere else. They are not good enough for me, I hope I come across another childcare center that is as great or close to Lil Angels Hayward. The teachers and director are great people.

I gave chance, but when a drop/pick up I go un-noticed.I asked a friend of mine to take my child out of the facility, she was able to walk in w/o being notice and she walked right on out.Why is my son very hungry everyday?
