It was a pleasure working with Roger. He was fast and clear in communication, flexible with schedule and offered expert advice! I had about 800 sqft of carpet replaced and new vinyl flooring for my bathroom. Roger helped me pick the vinyl flooring and it looks so good! See pictures for details!

I had an incredible experience with Liberty Flooring! When I decided to replace our outdoor carpet, I chose to hire them, and I can confidently say that both Roger and Jason were outstanding professionals. Their honesty, reasonable pricing, and meticulous contract detailing all the services they would provide truly impressed me. They not only met but exceeded my expectations by delivering on the promised installation date. It's often challenging to find contractors who are trustworthy and reliable, but Liberty Flooring surpassed all of my expectations!

We decided to replace the carpets in the bedrooms. An associate came to the house, late and spent 10-15 minutes there. He spoke to everyone but me, which is funny since I was purchasing the carpet. We paid him half and he said it would take about a week to get the carpet in and they would call to schedule the install. After almost 2 weeks we hadn't heard anything. My husband called and the gentleman said he didn't recognize the job. My husband said we paid you half already and he said he would have to look into it. Someone else called us back and said they didn't know why no one had called to schedule the installation yet. So they installed the carpet last Friday and thank goodness the installation team was incredible. Love the carpets and installers, don't care for the service we received prior to installation. The 4'star is because I really love the carpet.

This is my long overdue review of Roger and his team since I am a decades long customer with over a dozen completed installations of carpet and vinyl for kitchens and bathrooms for my east bay rentals. They have always offered great prices and the customer service and installations have always been at or above my high expectations. These installations always take place during vacancy periods which are very costly so I want to minimize. I live out of the area and want the job done and ready for showing and occupancy as soon as possible and Roger always does his best to accommodate. The installations are complete and professional. Last month I had the first complete condominium installed with laminate flooring. I had to get HOA approval for laminate in this upstairs condo and had the new tenant ready to move in as long as I had it ready quickly. Roger and his team got it done and it's beautiful! Thank you to everyone at Liberty Floor Covering for the decades of great flooring! See you next time.

We recently replaced carpet with Mohawk Waterproof Laminate Floors in our home and they are beautiful! We worked with Jason and his team and so glad we did! From the start we felt at ease with the process. Jason was patient and we felt he gave us a great deal compared to two other companies explored and the quality of the material was much better. The job took a little longer than we anticipated however the end result was well worth it. Our floors look amazing! The Installers, Pedro and his wife, did an excellent job. They were skilled, professional and were meticulous from start to finish. The biggest part we worried about was transforming our curved steps leading to our family room. We had two curved steps going down to the family room which are difficult to install wood. Jason reassured me his installer Pedro is skilled at remodeling steps! Boy was he right! I am 100% in love with the way the steps turned out! If you are looking to have new floors in your home please do not hesitate to call Liberty Flooring Store. Thank you again Jason and Pedro!

Working with Roger was great: he was extremely patient as I kept looking at different laminate and carpet samples. He explained everything and was very straightforward, did not rush me or try to upsell me. In the end, Liberty installed laminate in 1 room and carpet in 3 rooms + stairs. The installation went perfect as well so it was a positive experience all the way around. Have had it for ~1 month and love it everyday: it looks and feels great. Thanks guys!

Liberty is my go to place for flooring. I have known Roger for 15 years and gotten flooring done 4 times. He makes sure you are happy with the outcome.His knowledge of flooring is amazing and keeps a full variety of products. The install teams are super skilled and they will come back to fix anything after carpet has been around for years.I remember the crew coming back to tighten carpets in my Los Gatos home after 7 years of install.I also know about a dozen friends who have done carpets and are really happy repeat customers.With Liberty Floor Covering I know we are in good hands. So happy that my neighbors referred me to Liberty Flooring. I had a flood in my family room from the Bomb Cyclone that hit in October. Jason came out to survey the damage and we discussed several options. Since I was pressed for time due to getting ready to sell the house I went with carpet which Jason matched from the other carpet already in my house. The installers went above and beyond to remove the glued floor but in the end I was happy with the carpet and service. Their customer service is also 5 star and a great team to work with. I highly recommend them. Thank you Roger, Jason and Pablo!
