The tiles are good. Recently did a kitchen make over and got their kitchen tiles (don't remember the name). Prices are a bit high but overall, not bad.

Low quality cabinets. Expect at least 1 chip per box even though they are wrapped pretty good I think it comes from putting them together. Had to do a return and saw the guys putting the boxes together, they spin those cabinets around and sleep them on their sides like a ragdoll. Good for on a budget

we went here to get a quote for a bathroom remodel and talked to Scott Bai. He took our info and told us someone would call us. This was before Chinese new year, it is now end of Feb and no-one called us. We called Scott a few times and he kept telling us someone will call. I called back again today, 2/23 and the lady who answered the phone gave me the phone number of their contractor, Gary 415-684-2013 and said they will charge $200 when they come over to give a quote and if we decide to go with them, they will credit that price to us. I asked to be transferred to Scott and asked him 1) why Gary still hasn't called and 2) why he didn't tell us upfront there will be a $200 charge for the initial quote. Scott replied different people have different ways of doing things and asked him what the purpose of my call was, so I asked him why he wasn't transparent in telling me there is a cost and he said I can go with someone else if I want. That's a very bad way to treat new customers or try to gain new business. Even on Yelp, it shows a banner which says "Free estimates"

Don't buy from here. They wouldn't let me exchange cabinet doors. Claimed that when they put the product together, it is in perfect condition and the scratches likely happened after we opened it. No, it was like this when we opened it to install. Terrible customer service!! Satisfaction guaranteed? Lies.

We recently remodeled our kitchen using cabinets and countertops from KZ Kitchen in Hayward. We worked very closely with Lynette with the initial design. She was super helpful and easy to work with. She very patient as we made trips to make sure we had everything right. Even during the remodeling process Lynette went out of her way to help us and was super responsive, generally responding to text and phone calls within minutes. We are very happy with the quality of the cabinets as well. The shelves are super sturdy. I would recommend KZ Kitchen to everyone.

I went to KZ Kitchen Cabinet & Stone late morning today. They have a large showroom that looks pretty well organized throughout this location. However, as I was browsing through the various product offerings I noticed that there were minimal foot traffic in this location. Besides another party that was looking at the flooring section, that's pretty much it. I wondered why? Well, after about a hour here I came to understand why pretty quickly. 1. There's 0 customer service - No one approached me to ask how they can service my needs the hour that I was there despite this facility in being a Costco size warehouse. I didn't see anyone approaching the other party as well while they were in the warehouse. 2. They are rude - With no one approaching me, I reached out for some help and the guy is sitting at his desk watching a youtube video? (during work? hmmm...) I was looking for a bigger vanity, he pointed at a direction of where they are and continue watching his videos. 3. Pricing is meh - With these types of stores, if they don't have customer service, sure they have it on the price right? Not in my case. I found similar shelf at another cabinet store for $500-600 cheaper. Or they may be trying to rip me off when they could have given me a better price? 4. They are unprofessional - While I was being helped, someone talked over me to talk to the guy that was looking up prices for my vanity. To my surprise, my guy responded back to the person that he's almost done with me? I asked him how my vanity can be customized, he said, "you can do it whatever you want". I was like, "ummm, okay" with my head still puzzled... But wait a sec, I had more questions....or am I bothering this dude? I think the above reason provides a pretty good idea as to why there was minimal traffic in this store. Take a page from Ashley's, their business model which is quite similar but with helpful service reps at the floor, their business will continue to boom. Unfortunately, without that "service", once the price advantage is gone, so is this business. As for me, I think I won't be coming back until my Chinese is top notch. Then we'll negotiate it to the barebone price yea, watch!

We remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms and hands down recommend stopping by KZ for your backsplash, tiles, cabinets and more. If you're not sure where to start highly recommend requesting Lynette, she helped us design the layout of our kitchen cabinets, provided her insights and expertise, readily available in person, text, e-mail and phone! Renovating is a huge endeavor with many twists and turns, we appreciate her availability and willingness to work through ambiguity and flex on areas where we need immediate support. Great prices, great people - if you're undergoing renovations, recommend checking them out!

This review is for the KZ Kitchen Cabinet and Stone located in Hayward on Corporate Ave. I give high praises to Marcus Lian, sales manager, at KZ in Hayward who helped me with the remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. I was referred to KZ in Hayward and Marcus Lian by a close friend who also remodeled her kitchen and bathroom and was satisfied and impressed by the materials sold at KZ and services provided by Marcus. KZ has a HUGE warehouse and an amazing showroom. I have to admit that pricing for their materials and supplies is reasonable. I purchased brand new white cabinets, matching hardware, quartz countertops, a Viking range, Viking microwave, farmhouse sink, and kitchen sink faucet. Marcus is amazing in providing suggestions and recommendations. When you choose your materials and discuss the layout of your remodel, Marcus has a cool program that you might see on an HGTV remodel show that provides 3D modeling of what your new kitchen or bathroom will look like. Marcus is very patient with his customers and he is very prompt when you have a question or need to get a hold of him. Overall, I highly recommend KZ and Marcus for your remodeling needs.

I meant to give this place a 5 star review a couple of months ago for their customer service. Can't remember the woman who helped us with my parents bathroom but she had great customer service. However, we just came back recently and these two people who worked for the bathroom area was L A Z Y. I, myself and a couple of other people were asking them questions and the guy didn't want to get up and help and was stuck on his phone. The other lady said to just snap some photos to the other customers and come back when they are ready. People were asking for help, and she failed at her job! The other guy with glasses just look dumbfounded whenever a question was asked. I would give 5 star for their materials but 1 star for their customer service this time around.

Last year we had renovated out kitchen and Alice Zhao had helped design it. She was extremely knowledgeable, providing insights and recommendations based on her experience and and was very responsive when we had to make last minute additions to our order. Based on the experience, it was the easiest decision for us to go back to Alice this year when we decided to renovate our bathrooms. It was again an absolute pleasure to work with her on the project - not only did she help during the entire design process, but supported us as we ordered things in phases as the work progressed. She was prompt in responding to our requests and queries and followed up proactively on all open actions. We would go back to Alice for all our future projects and would recommend her to others - she can make things easy during a stressful time! Thanks for everything, Alice - it is very much appreciated. We had a bathroom remodel project and we were referred to KZ Kitchen Cabinets and Stone. While we had a vision on some of the pieces we wanted, it wasn't until we met with Teresa that she brought our vision to life. She was thoughtful in her approach, asked poignant questions and assisted us with putting all the pieces together to make the bathroom flow. She really made the perceived daunting task seamless and fun. It's a great place because they have everything we needed for our complete remodel. There were lots of options from flooring, vanities, shower walls, fixtures, etc. The prices were good and the customer service was great. Thanks again Teresa and we are looking forward to coming back for our next project!

This review is specific to customer service. I cannot speak to quality of cabinets/counter as I have not received them yet. I worked with Lynette, she was super helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and even suggested cabinet designs and things I could do so that I don't wast any stone. I'd definitely recommend Lynnette to people I know. Pricing is also good and they have a healthy selection materials!
