I originally gave them a good review because the guy was nice when he replaced my cabin air filter.But 2 weeks later, while I was driving to San Diego for my mother's funeral I heard this crazy banging and scraping on the bottom of my car. Turns out that they didn't reattach the engine splash plate properly and it was hanging off. I got stuck in Bakersfield, in 116° weather, with an undriveable car. It cost me $1000 to replace the splash plate.I've been screwed 3 times now by these "quick lube" places. Do yourself a favor. Get your oil changed by a legitimate mechanic, not some minimum-wage person who doesn't really know anything about your car.

First time coming here and I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Prices are very reasonable for the type of service that you need. I got what I needed to be taken care of and I was in and out of there quickly. Definitely going to be coming back here for my periodic oil maintenance.

Window washing comes with my package. They don't wash windows well. But the oil change is phenomenal.

Hayward Jiffy Lube is the best - they even brought out the filters so that I can see them - the one that I thought needed replacing they told it was not needed - that was a chance to over sell me and they didn't - go here I am the 1st to give a bad review but this place is completely legit - the only place I'll go for an oil changeService: Oil change

This was my first time coming to jiffylube. I always went to Honda for my services but I wanted something quick since I don’t have any time to wait at the dealership. I arrived and was able to get serviced right away. Jamal provided exceptional customer service and explained everything to me in detail. I needed to get my air filters replaced and he showed me how they looked and he was right! They were able to give me an oil change and replace my air filters in maybe 10 minutes or less. There was about 4 guys working on my car at the same time and I was beyond happy since I was on a time crunch. I will probably come to this specific location each time I need an oil change in the future!

I've had a couple really bad experiences with "quick oil change" places. I only went to this place because I was overdue. I drive by a lot, and they always seem busy. Employees were friendly. The one guy (who seemed in charge) literally bent over backwards to remove and replace my cabin air filters (2015 Mazda 5, look it up.)I hope all the oil hasn't leaked out of my car, or the filter doesn't fall out! (Things that have happened at other oil places.)I feel like they did a decent job. They seemed competent.Services: Transmission

I was the first one in when getting my oil changed. The service was quick and the attendants were friendly. The cost of the service which was an oil change was $117 with a coupon which I found to be very expensive. Part of me wants to say that's a California price but that doesn't make my pockets feel any better.Service: Oil change

I had such a wonderful and positive experience! I truly admire the great customer service---Two Thumbs Up!! The technician went above and beyond to provide me with Excellent Service! I arrived at Jiffy Lube pretty late in the evening...I had just got off of work and really needed an oil change. The business was about to close, but the team members willingly accommodated me.
