I’ve had my daughters and sons ear pierced by the store manager and she is the best, knowledgeable, patient, professional and respectful.You speak of the Store Manager as if you are racist, a hater or just you being the issue. It’s a business and you should respect it as such. I’ve been a regular and happy customer with the store manager and her current team. If you spend time writing a review write the facts not just a one sided story. To the person who stated the manager correcting the ear piercing issue you do not know the content and context of what happened or has been going on with the other employee/s UNLESS you work in the store.
