I usually hate coming into this Tmoblie because of past experiences but Ruben made my experience easy and fast he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very surprised to hear he’s a new hire.”
“Very clean store nice and cool. I was immediately helped through my entire process of adding 2 lines and purchasing a new phone. I was also able to set up everything and swap in store before leaving. All of the staff members were nice and professional. I will edit the name of the actual reps that helped me when I go back. They were so helpful and didn't rush me. We were all excited to see the new fold so I let them do the unboxing since the store model wasn't up yet. This isn't my home store and I stopped there to grab the last phone available. I was very pleased with my service and look forward to going here in the future.”
