I needed some taxes done from 2019-2020 (I know!) but while they are simple, there are always a few issues and mine are a doozy. Not worth a CPA doozy (done that!), but I need someone with a brain, not a paper pusher.I'm lucky enough that I started working with Rose, who is smart, well educated and versed in the latest write offs and inexpensive. We've fought for my refund and she hasn't given up.A++++

After I finally got your office to start processing my returns it went well, indeed. I was NOT impressed with dropping off my paperwork on Monday and having to call and argue with your staff over how long it was taking for a simple, straightforward return, but when Deanne got to work on it, things went as expected, just four days after drop off. She was very helpful.

The staff person who worked with me seemed entirely clueless, overlooking tax that had been withheld, unable to cope with a 1099-MISC and generally baffled. I had to watch every moment to correct errors.

I came here with some tax issues... And MAN O MAN! these guys at this particular office went above and beyond the call of duty. Even though I had what seemed to be the biggest scramble of tax history. Mrs. Gaby gave it her all and man am I happy! she worked my preparation. to those complaining about the service fee.... Get it together, this is a service and every service has a fee period. But if your like me and you need to find a place where there gonna get it right this is it right here. Tax Masters all day at this office no gimmick. Just got a permanent customer here for sure. THANK YOU! H&R for these great people at this office.
