My truck’s battery died, I called Highway Towing and Transportation. A gentleman who’s name I didn’t get get arrived way quicker than expected, gave me a jump start and I was on my way. Excellent customer service and great prices!

My insurance company took really long to send out a tow truck so I called Rick G who I believe is the owner. His response time was 10 minutes. I was grateful that he made it to me when he did so I can get to work. I recommend contacting them for all your towing/car needs.

The service provider gets 5 stars for his professional greeting and willingness to take care of the job.He explained what he was doing each step of the way and was very efficient and thorough to complete the job. He knew exactly what he was doing. Therefore, he gets an A+ and the company (Highway Towing & transportation) is highly recommended.

Thanks Rick for an excellent service on my bmw wagon. I knew he was a pro when drove my lowered vehicle side ways and stepped out of the vehicle and double check the clearance. Rick is absolutely amazing! Our son got into a motorcycle accident and was hit from the side. Of course as a mother I was really worried, and just thankful he is okay. Rick not only was timely in helping pick up the bike to tow it back to the dealership, but also gave my son life advice in better protective gear and also giving stats on how many accidents he has seen and how dangerous it can. He said, "there are a million bikes and all replaceable, but there is only one of him!" Another good reminder that none of us are invincible no matter how safe we drive. Rick was amazing amazing! People come into your life for a reason and he's one of them. Thank you Rick. ??

I had a flat tire near to San Mateo Bridge. I requested roadside assistance from my insurance company. With the initial service provider flaked, Highway Towing & Transportation picked up the tab. Throughout the whole process, Ernesto was very informative keeping me updated with the arrival time or any changes. After picked my car up, Ernesto dropped me off to the most convenient shop to replace my tire. Within minutes I was ready to continue my day. I highly recommend them. ????

I would have to say that having to get your car towed is never a good thing,but, Rick at Highway Towing & Transport made it much better.Rick was professional and courteous about the whole job, you could tell he was extremely experienced.
