I wouldn't even give them a single star if it was possible but that is not an option. They promised to do a job for my parents' home in exchange for some saddlery and other items for their horses. They took over a year to even stop by my parents' home to finish up the bathroom tiles and when they finished they just used what looked like whatever scraps they could find from other jobs they had completed. It was a terrible job! The price of the job was a lot less than the value of the items that they took from my parents in exchange for the work so they left saying they would come back to pay them within a few days. My parents, being the nice older people that they are took their word for it but they never came back to pay. We had to go to their address of business to request that they pay and only one of two of the brothers was ashamed enough to provide us a company check with the remaining balance that he owed my parents. He gave us what he said was his brother's phone number so that we could contact him but it was the wrong number. Since then, we have tried to call all phones, tried to stop by again, and still no payment from them. They are liars, crooks, and untrustworthy businessmen that should not be using their business to get ahead of anyone, especially an elderly couple trying to do their best with their small business.

First and foremost, we’re not related but the last name was one of the deciding factors of hiring them.These guys are artists!! They were able to create some marvelous work in my kitchen with all the specific custom details we were looking for. I know it’s not easy trying to meet our expectations but Hernandez Marble & Granite exceeded our standards. I’ll definitely hire them again for our backyard! Highly recommended!!!!

Soooooooo Great!!!!!!!! We stumbled on this gem of a company thru recommendation from a family friend... I called to find out there business hours and was immediately impressed by Marcella and Juan Carlos!! while most sales people would have just gave me the hours and hung up, Marcella was immediately engaging and asking me questions about our project, she drew me in with her probing questions, knowledge and experience that I immediately made an appointment, Juan Carlos made great recommendations and listened to what we wanted for our kitchen remodel... we finished our project on time and we we couldn't be happier with the outcome !! It was a great experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Juan Carlos and his team A++ for execution, service and ideas. We cant wait to work with them on our next project soon.

Simply fantastic!! My husband and I had wanted to renovate our kitchen for a while but was skeptical about how to do it, which company to use & of course, the budget. We met the owners of Hernandez Marble & Granite who gave us clear expectations about a timeline for the work to be completed. They were very knowledgeable about their trade giving us the confidence we needed to move forward with the renovations. The end result was wonderful. This company went above & beyond to ensure that our kitchen was remodeled just as we had envisioned (and within budget!!). They perform work efficiently, timely and professionally. Our friends and family often compliment on how amazing our kitchen turned out!

HM was a sub-contractor to my main contractor. HM miscalculated the tiles needed for both bathroom and kitchen back-splash projects which forced me to make 3 trips to the hardware store to get tiles and threw my budget off. The job was done couple months back. I called Juan Carlos few weeks back to get some small / thin cracks in the tile grout, probably came as grout shrunk more in some area than other. I did not make a big deal of it - just asked him to take care of it. He came to check it out and said he will call back to schedule work in a week. It has been few weeks now. He never called; I reached out twice... including my last angry voice mail. Needless to say, I would not recommend him - perhaps even more so because he worked with my contractor whom I also do not recommend. If he had better service, I would give him 3-4 stars.

We met with a lot of contractors and received a lot of bids. Hernandez marble and granite was not only the best price but also the best customer service. They were always on time and kept the job site very clean. We love our new bathroom!

Installation was perfect and completed ahead of schedule. Quality product and workmanship for a very reasonable price. They were a pleasure to work with and helped make my home beautiful.
