I was in line waiting to use the car wash for a half hour. Literally three cars in front of me. This is the slowest car wash I have ever been to.

This gas station place is great and the people who work at the counter are awesome. McDonald's next door is sending all their customers to this gas station and they're really awesome people for letting a super bathroom. I felt like I really had to go and they were really great. I give them all the stars. Their car wash is great and they have a vacuum you can use to vacuum your car too. Great place. Their bathroom is also really clean inside I am surprised for a gas station that's great.

Went to get car washed and it broke my driver's side mirror. Contacted the owner since the incident but he's dodging my calls and texts.

Car wash broke my side view mirror. Reached out to owner and zero response. One of the workers there told me this happens to 1 in every 20ish cars.

I gave 1 star because it's required to post otherwise I wouldn't have given any.. Bad customer service all the way down to the management. I will never get my car washed there again. Or gas. I heard that the gas station and the car wash are separately managed. The car wash owner don't care about their customers just their bottom dollar. The only good thing was the free dryers. They are by the freeway which I thought was very convenient. But now I go to the Chevron down the street or around the corner to Costco. Much better pumps, better gas prices and better customer service. I found a better car wash too who gives a free car wash after 6 washes at another gas station. That's an incentive that keeps me coming back. One thing about it, you can always take your $$ "business" else where when you are dissatisfied with the service. There are other businesses out there who appreciate your business and will show it.

I signed up with Way.com expecting a great deal with my monthly subscription and something came up with their system and they gave me a number to call so goodluck with. The guys at the front lacks good customer service. Plus their machine wash broke my rear wiper and goodluck if you wish to file for claims.

Love this place take all my cars and company cars here. Best price to keep your car gased up cleaned up and smelling good. Nice customer service too

the attendant did NOT even speak English! And, he was getting frustrated at me for repeating loudly through my masks!! He was trying to refuse service because we weren't communicating & I wasn't following his instructions(as he starts yelling at me in Spanish through his masks) Finally, got my car washed
