If you order in contractors warehouse make sure you have to wait long time in from to pick up your order.even there are more services people than clients?

The rental person is never happy. She made me wait for half hour to acknowledge me and accept my rental return. I was the only one there. She then made me wait for another half hour for the receipt which never happened. My frustration grew so I just told her to email the receipt. Worse experience ever.

Horrendous non existent customer service. It took close to 8 weeks to get an order delivered and corrected.
1)Initial order was received damage in their warehouse and staff did not communicate the problem or reorder the replacement.
2) First delivery of items was incomplete when all of the items were in their warehouse. I was informed we will deliver the remaining items at no additional cost. Why should I be charged for their incompetence?
3)Damaged item that was reordered and delivered was the wrong item. Again I was informed the delivery will be at no cost and will not be charged for their incompetence.
4) Sales Manager repeatedly stated he would be on top of the order and call with updates, no return call was ever received. Sales Manager stated that we were provided the item at their cost and refunded. When I responded no refunded was made he stated you need to come in to get the refund credit.
5)Corporate office was contacted to discuss customer experience. No return call.

We had our second floor house addition done . As we were shopping around we discovered contractor warehouse HD supply . While we visited Santa Clara , the closest to our house was Hayward. The price was right and we had to order door, windows , bath tub , toilets , shower door. If any one has done a large home addition you would know how challenging it could be to place large orders. We placed 22 windows, with 22 door and a lot more. It wasn't easy until Shirley stepped in to help us and sort our order. She spent hrs ensuring our order was correct and placed on time. She went above and beyond her line of duty to ensure we were satisfied. She did not stop there she also gave us her direct contact and email if we had any further questions. If there were open it she followed through email or phone call. Having Shirly at contractor warehouse was like have someone backing you in your construction project and she took away most of our headache . Even when we received our order and we had issues with couple of window , she again stepped in sort it out for us. We never had to follow up, she alway took the initiative to follow through . We come to rely on Shirley to the level I could send my son to pick stuff from contractor warehouse knowing Shirley will get him the right size/ style/ color/ design . Had it not been for here I probably wouldn't have purchased all this from Contractor warehouse. Thanks Shirley!

This company has no website to check pricing or availability of products in stock, so you must drive all the way there to find out pricing is now the same as Lowes or Home Depot, and many times have been out of stock of items that i needed, mainly doors. I have seen several times that doors are damaged on the shelf already, so you must really inspect their products before you buy them. Home Depot now owns them, so pricing is basically the same, not worth the time or money to deal with all the issues they have.

I got a door and was cut on top never noticed wen I will try to return they don't let me return the make me buy a new door....I won't send my clients to see door in this store anymore....

We had a great experience at the contractors warehouse in Hayward! We were helped by Dejhinae Hart. She was knowledgeable and very nice! helped us find the right valve and assisted us selecting our flooring. this is one of our favorite stores and their staff is very friendly!!

Aside from the great prices, Contractors' Warehouse have the friendliest associates. DEJHUNAE from Store 6133-724 deserves all the recognition for her dedication and her sincerity.1) Prices: My boyfriend and I compared across all of the retailers for cheap pavers prices and by far, nothing beats Contractors' Warehouse. We ended up getting 6x9 venetian pavers for only 0.99/piece. That's a huge steal comparing to Home Depot selling them for 3.28/piece. They also offers shipping for only $200. We're about to get Over 1,000 pieces delivered. I'm not sure how their delivery services will be so we'll wait for a separate review on that.2) Customer service: Dejhunae is attentive and caring. She called not one, but 4 other branches all around California to help us get the amount we needed for our project. She checked in with the vendors to ordered extra because the venetian pavers are discontinued. She makes the entire ordering process easy despite the low inventory. Please give her a raise. I never seen an employee more dedicated to an order and customer than her. She is just the sweetest!I'll be ordering more items from Contractors' Warehouse for other projects.Tips: They're offering 10% off for new customers so sign up for rewards!

We had a great experience getting our materials from Contractors Warehouse for our house project. We worked with John Labonte who was awesome in getting some of our custom order items and also went above and beyond to get us the best price, communicate the status periodically and make sure we have a great overall shopping experience. Very rude and not professional customer service, and managers or supervisors not paying attention to this 1 star customer service. Company CEO have to pay attention to the quality of the workers. If we are gonna spend a couple thousand dollars in this store and be disrespectful I am not gonna go to this store anymore and also I am gonna tell all my friends to not go to this store because it looks like a bazar.
