HB Kitchen & Bath Inc. was the best service I could've asked for. I recently bought a new house that was in dire need of renovation when my friend referred me to this company. They told me they'd once had HB Kitchen & Bath Inc. remodel their bathroom and were amazed at the seamless work. The biggest shock to me was when they mentioned the price; it was considerably lower than any other service I could find around my area.
I contacted the project manager who handled the job extremely well. He and his crew consulted me every step of the way and got my full confirmation before moving on. I was impressed at how quick and meticulous the work was. They helped remodel our bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms and transformed it into a new house! Their commitment to quality and detail greatly impressed me.
I was most impressed by their amazing client support. The general manager Aidan was especially accommodating and helped communicate every aspect of the situation. Aidan was a very friendly person and had a gentle demeanor. He handled most of the logistics and always responded quickly when prompted to. Aidan also made many suggestions along the way that I found very useful. This advice turned the job into something beyond my expectations.
Overall, HB Kitchen & Bath Inc. provided outstanding service and amazing quality. If you’re looking to transform your home, I’d highly recommend this. Thank you, Aidan and the rest of the team for an amazing job!

This place is great! We had some carpet changes and also installing new faucet for the kitchen. They were able to do both drops really well with reasonable price. On top of that they make sure everything is high-quality that they do. They drive to my house to check with me on the carpet material and came back when I wasn’t sure why the garbage disposal wasn’t working (it was just some switch is off) highly recommend it!

We started our remodeling of full house 1 year ago and find HB kitchen and bath online. We asked several quotes from different companies and HB is the best. Also Aidan is very nice and easy to communicate with. He makes useful suggestions on design and details. Then the remodeling started and things moved nicely and steadily. Aidan makes sure we are fine with everything before going on to the next step. And during the final touch up, Aidan helped to make sure we are happy with every single details. And finally we are very happy with the remodeling.
We have heard from our friends who did remodeling and their contractor are hard to communicate with and the whole process for them are not satisfying. So we are glad that we find HB and Aidan to help us with the whole remodeling. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

We had the pleasure of working with Aidan on a project in 2023. We interviewed over 10 contractors for our whole home remodel. While HB's bid price was in the middle of the pack, we felt most drawn to Aidan's responsiveness and attention to detail. We felt he was very knowledgeable and had a knack of explaining things in ways which we could clearly understand. He worked within our budget and was very accommodating to our requests (even last minute ones). His team was very professional, showed up when they said they would, and the job was completed on time. There were a few hiccups along the way, like when the team mistakenly installed our sun tunnels in the wrong places, or when there was miscommunication on wall placements and measurements, but Aidan always went the extra mile to make sure to resolve the issues to the point where we were completely satisfied. We've now been enjoying our beautiful home for almost a year. We would highly recommend Aidan and HB!

We had HB Home Decor do our renovations for a rental house. The project manager Wei and crew were very fast and efficient in completing the project given the short timeline and a conservative budget. All employees were professional and respectful to our property. Mr.Wei was always available to answer any questions we had. His suggestions were spot on! Final results were beyond expectations! After going to cabinet stores all over the Bay Area and almost going through Home Depot (with bad reviews and unable to reach anyone) my new contractor suggested HB Cabinets on Whipple. These are by far the best cabinets for quality and function. I have a small town house kitchen and Christine N designed a better kitchen than I would have ever dreamed of. Christine designed a custom pantry with the cabinets I ordered that fit in an odd space. She also maximized storage by adding cabinets to the other side of the counter and suggesting extending the quartz a tiny bit. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. She was very easy to communicate with and I felt very taken care of with her and Jazmine.

We had an entire renovation in our house recently. We are very pleased with Alice Cabinetry's cabinets. AC is a relatively new and fine brand. We have received exceptional high quality and stylish cabinets. We highly recommend this brand if you are looking for cabinets for your home.

We hired HB to do our master bath remodel and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Communication was seamless - the Project Manager Aidan was always quick to respond via text/email to any questions I had during the remodel, and was was very knowledgeable about the whole process. The crew did their best to keep the house clean (covered floor and carpet with cardboard and plastic sheeting, vacuuming debri/dust, etc) which was much appreciated as we lived there with a toddler during the renovations. They worked very quickly and even finished the project ahead of schedule.Highly recommend HB for any home renovation work - we were very pleased with how everything turned out!

We had a great experience working with HB for our kitchen and two bathrooms. I've heard a lot about contractors disappearing and being hard to track down. HB has a physical showroom and warehouse which gave me more confidence in working with them. Aiden provided a very detailed itemized estimate. Other contractors that were lower didn't provide nearly as much detail and the other contractor that did was much higher. Their portfolio of work is also impressive. We knew pretty much what we wanted, but both Aiden and Christine had a lot of great recommendations that really improved what we had envisioned. I didn't want to think about ordering cabinets and materials or scheduling deliveries. HB did all of that for us without any delays. They worked pretty much 6 days a week and Aiden kept the project right on schedule without any surprising costs. We paid in installments in-person at their showroom and Jasmine always followed up immediately with emailed receipts and paid invoices. There were a few small issues to fix with flooring and electrical, but Aiden always sent someone to correct things without any push back. All in all, we really didn't have any logistical issues which was quite surprising to us. We are really happy with the craftsmanship and customer service and would recommend them as a reliable contractor.
