They tryUnfortunately corporate policy is wild.225 per diagnostic before repairs.Only one code per diagnostic.I'd advise calling every mechanic in town to see if they can use their diagnostic before going to these guys. Friendly and prompt but hands are tied when it comes to prices

I can truly say I had enjoyed my experience with Mitsubishi back in June when I purchased my 2022 Hyundai palisade the two guys that helped me out were pretty good but once I left the lot it's been nothing but a hassle to get help with what I needed. My ac was not working I called an hour later to tell them just to be told to take it to the dealer I have warranty then I received a letter saying I owed money because my DMV fees weren't calculated correctly, I called them 3 times to pay them to get answered by a rude lady no big deal i paid it and went about my business. Now I have called over seven times trying to get my plates mailed out to me because now I'm driving with expired temporary plates just to be transferred back-and-forth the DMV lady is extremely rude and has told me three times that my plates have been expedited still till this day I have not received my plates and I got pulled over so you can see why I'm extremely upset I called the dealership twice and let the person know on the phone what happened I asked if someone could please help me just to be given excuse that the DMV lady works from home so I need to talk to her but she is hard to get a hold of then to be transferred to a manager twice and have to leave voicemails just so that the manager can never return my call. At this point I have been told my plates where mailed back in June I told them I never received them I got pulled over the second week of them expiring and I live 2 hours away from the dealership and don't know what more to do to get someone there to help me so no overall I would not recommend this place maybe if they had a bit more patience with customers after the sell it would be a different situation.

This is a very late review but better late than never. I bought my outlander sport in Jan 2023. With the help of Aldwin, the process was so easy and hassle free. I went home happy with my Outlander.Last Saturday I got my vehicle serviced and Mona provided excellent service. Loved her friendly welcome.Thank you Aldwin and Mona for your excellent service. Their maintenance service is kinda weird. With 27k mileage, they rotated tires just twice, saying that's ok. and all of a sudden, hey, there is tire cupping... well, if you rotate tires every 13k instead of 5k like every other normal service center, there is no surprise... tires overinflated with 45 psi, though in documents stated set to 35 psi... how your techs verified, with closed eyes? all in all, just avoid servicing your car there... afraid to think even if there was something serious

My bf just bought a used car on 8/19 and the car started sounding weird on 8/20. He went to have it checked today 8/21 and the car needs the fuel pump replaced and that will cost him $1000. He just bought this car and there's no 30 day return or anything. Super suspicious and unprofessional at this dealership! When we went on a test drive with that car, the guy who went along with us was unprofessional and was vaping around us as we were outside looking around the car. I would AVOID coming here unless you want to spend extra money fixing a car that you just bought!! There are better dealerships around so AVOID THIS PLACE

They don't treat customers with value. I don't know if it was because I decided to lease, but I don't get the same hospitality I receive from other retailers. I love the brand, but Hayward Mitsubishi is only bearable to be with.

10/10. The SEL Premium Outlander is a phenomenal car, and you have a terrific team at Hayward Mitsubishi! This is the first time that my husband and I really took the time to research what our “next” car would be, and the 9 month wait for the Premium was absolutely worth it. We got every single item on our wish list and the Hayward Mitsubishi team took the time to make sure that we understood the driving modes, media functions, safety, and charging process prior to taking it off the lot.
